Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The staff was so friendly, especially at the bar! We had a great time exploring all of the amenities at the hotel. We will definitely be staying there again!

The room was spotless and the lobby was beautiful. The coffee/lounge bar had great drinks. I especially enjoyed the outdoor bar by the pool.

The rooms are extremely nice and cozy. A real treat for comfort and relaxation. Live soft music in the lobby. Every comfort has been thought of and provided.

The check in was easy BUT the elevators did NOT work so I had to walk 4 flights of stairs…NOT FUN. I was out of breath by the 2nd one. Then at 9something I heard something and thought I was tripping so I said…let me go back to sleep. ONLY to be woke up in the state of get OUT as fast as you can bc there was an emergency. So we jumped up in a panic, moving quickly to see people hurrying out the building just as us. We got to the lobby and the attendant is CALM saying its a false alarm. I was so pissed and afraid at the same time. The fire dispatch pulled up and someone came out to say it was a $1500 charge as they were passing due to the false alarm. BUT my thing is, if it was a false alarm or test, let your people know. There is too much going on so people will respond as if it is an emergency as they say it is.

The rooms for the price should be in excellent condition.. the shower water was not hot only luke warm. There were many areas in the room that cleary wasnt cleaned..the paint in many areas needed touching up...and to have pay for parking is so unacceptable and the security arms for parking were broke completely off!!!!!!

Mine and my husbands first time visiting Atlanta, check in was easy, staff are nice, rooms are clean!

No trashcans in room, no toiletries, no room service. We were put on hold for 15 mins just to be told again to wait. Hotel looked very dated and with damage in sink.

My visit this stay at this hotel definitely wasn't the same. Customer service was ok unlike my first visit here where customer service was very welcoming Ready to assist, but I didn't get that vibe this visit. Parking was open my first visit this visit now you need a permit to park, enter and exit the facility. My room last visit was immaculate, clean and welcoming. This recent visit my room was half clean and muggy with a stale odor. Immediately began to spray the room down with Lysol. The bathroom was the worst dripping sink and tub faucet, half empty bottles of body wash and shampoo and conditioner. Which sat on the side of the tub like someone's house unorganized, no trash bag in the can. Carpet not vacuumed, smudges on every night stand. Bathroom counter top look like someone has been pecking at it with something... Not a good experience for me this go round... Won't give up though... But I will mention if I Decide to stay again...

Room was nice, i had booked a suite to ensure a comfortable stay but that wasn’t the case but it had all the potential to be a great stay. I must admit I am disappointed i was here for a work trip but when I first arrived I was charged $100 for incidentals which is standard but I was charged the $100 two times so it was $200 total for incidentals. I had issues connecting to the internet so I wasn’t able to work from the room. I couldn’t really unpack and get comfortable due to the roaches. I seen a few so I just kept my stuff closed up and I was out for most of my time so I kept my belongings with me.

Not nearly enough parking for capacity and parking doesn’t come with the room, it’s a separate charge. Hotels are more business style than vacation style hotels. Literally have to pay for everything separate but other than that it was really nice

Everything was nice, didn't like you had to order breakfast and wait . 40 minutes..
