This is a great hotel and the staff really takes pride in their work and the site. I was very impressed with their service!

Upkeep was lacking. Pieces of frayed carpet coming from under adjoining room door that looked bad. Looked like they cut out the carpet and replaced flooring in the room with LVT but left the carpet in the adjoining room without putting a threshold over the remaining carpet. The conditioner dispenser in the shower did not work. Hallway carpets were dirty. I have stayed at the property several times in the past and this stay was the only time I had any complaints.

Girl at front desk during check in could of been more polite. The breakfast attendant Linda was so nice and greeted everyone when they went down. The curtains don’t fully close so be prepared to wake up with the sun in your face

Nice stay overall for two nights. Breakfast was average but wide selection. Eggs could have been warmer and prefer scrambled not the omelette

Great property, the room was modern and very clean, pretty much everything as advertised. Check in was smooth but didn't feel welcomed...no smile nor a simple greeting on arrival.

As a regular traveler and safety rep, I am completely appalled.How they were even able to operate is mind blowing. Huge fire hazard. They placed us all the way at the end of the hallway on the 3rd floor, which the hallway was full of construction debris and furniture. I had to climb over a sofa to get to the room and my child tripped over debris. We purchased the stay through ******* which we put in for pet friendly. Even with insurance, ******* couldn't refund without hotel managements approval. Arrived around 12-1am. We stayed there for less than 8 hours and it cost us $450 due to ridiculous charges. The general manager Brandy is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. Not only did it take over a month to have her return our phone call regarding these false charges, she immediately raised her voice at me once I brought up the word refund. I made sure the linens were stripped, trash was removed, towels were set to be taken and easy to be cleaned. I own a cleaning company for airbnbs so I have appreciation for others, especially hotel. Hotels are an experience! A huge part of a memory for most visitors. The way its cleaned, prepared and maintained should be shown once you arrive. Two of the beds didn't even have a sheet on it. The pillows were old, crusty, and yellow throw pillows shoved into pillow cases. There were only two towels in the bathroom when knowing 5 guests are staying. While showering in the morning, the lights to the whole hotel went out.

Everything was as it should be, the staff was attentive and helpful.

Our one night stay was uneventful. The staff was very accommodating and the room was clean and fit all our needs.
