Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti in questo hotel e per due notti e due giorni siamo stati con l'acqua fredda in camera. Malgrado le mie dimostranze sul disservizio che subivamo, siamo stati presi in giro un po' da tutto il personale che si alternava alla reception, il quale, ci diceva che stavano provvedendo a risolvere il problema, ovviamente hanno rifiutato la mia richiesta di sistemarci in un'altra stanza. Solo al terzo giorno e dopo averci fatto fare per due giorni docce con acqua fredda, come per magia hanno trovato una stanza con acqua calda per noi. Aggiungo che ci avevano anche promesso un rimborso sul costo della nostra prenotazione, come scuse per il disagio subito, cosa che non si è verificata! Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura, basata su una poca professionalità del suo personale. Al mio prossimo soggiorno ad Atene ( città stupenda) starò alla larga da voi.

Nice and quite rooms, very clean. Also very polite and helpful staff! I would surely revisit. Plus the location is convinient for tourism, or for business purposes. The room was a bit smaller than I would expect, but overall all everything was great! And a value for money choice.

Perfectly comfortable and clean. We were a family of 4 staying in a room with a queen bed and pullout. Everyone slept comfortably. There was extra bedding (plenty to go around). Bathroom was small but clean. There was a hair dryer, bidet, in room safe, teak kettle, coffee machine, and two robes. They provided soap and shampoo but did not have extra toiletries like toothbrushes or razors. Breakfast was very vegetarian friendly. Can’t beat the location- close to everything we wanted to do. We stayed 5 nights and would stay here again.

Although a distance of 10 minutes walk (when you know how) from the Acropolis Museum, it was well worth it. Note though that there is also a trolley bus in to Syntagma which runs tregularly during the day. A small boutique hotel. With friendly, polite and professional personal throughout the hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean. With fresh linen. You have a choice to have your room cleaned or not. of the 5 nights and 2 nights we stayed, even though every other day we requested fresh towels, we were given fresh towels and our bed was made everyday. The breakfast is basic, in that they do not provide a cooked breakfast, but the choice was good enough. Note this is a bed and breakfast hotel only.

Too bad. I booked on 23 Nov, and was notified 2 weeks after, and was notified on 23 Dec (day of departure) that they have mechanical issues and they can’t accommodate. They mentioned ******* was notified. But ******* never told us. It was a bad experience with ******* and hotel. I was changing flights and looking for hotel.. ******* accommodation is a bad apartment and no breakfast for a week.

The room was very clean and relatively quiet. The breakfast buffet was average and the maid service was a little unpredictable. One time they picked up all of our towels and only left one set.

A very good place to stay around everything you need in safe atmosphere with a nice hospitality. .. special the over night receptionist gentleman (sorry to forget his name) but with his lovely smile and offering to help and answer every question we ask or things we need ... Thank you

Nice place, great staff, and very clean. In walkable distance to the Plaka area. Breakfast a little on the blah side, but the area was very nice and safe. The air conditioning didn't work, however we got through it. Would stay there again.

Hotel is at 8min walk from city center, 5min walk from acropolis museum. Good location. Room is clean with comfort bed. The staff is helpful and cooperative.
Breakfast is modest and lack of enough vegetables. Good yogurt!
