Old style Japanese hot springs. Very good location & services! Hot springs- great!!!!
Dinner & breakfast ate so good & delicious! They offered a ride to station as we have so many luggage! Love to recommend to others!

非常滿意的一次預訂，典型的日式風旅店，用餐更是不用説了，好吃，時間也挺長，住宿乾淨，温泉也很乾凈，滿意。就是樓梯有點長。。。下樓走一段就到海邊了，很近。

職員十分親切
離熱海車站是步行距離 但是到旅館必須行一條長樓梯 如果拿大型行李最好聯絡職員到車站接送
check out 時見我們拿大型行李 亦馬上安排車送到熱海車站

來看煙火特地訂的這家温泉旅館，距離熱海步行超近，還借到了浴衣，晚餐早餐特別豐盛，還有歡迎的下午茶，另外服務特別好，還送我們到附近的車站，特別滿意

酒店服務一流，全程有服務員幫忙搬行李，用膳時亦有服務員介紹，食物一流，勁好食。 貼心給小童浴衣。環境勁靚，難忘及開心的一晚酒店旅程。

傳統式温泉式旅館，兩食全在房間裏面。房間有2層，下層為用餐區，上層為寢室，洗手間，浴室，還有一個小露台區可以遠望海灘。由熱海站到旅館，拖行李要兜馬路入去，大概要10分鐘時間。冇行李行樓梯就大概5分鐘。由旅館到熱海陽光海灘看花火大會大概10分鐘步程。 旅館職員很貼心，每一道菜都會解釋係乜嘢同應該點樣食，還提醒我們是時候出發到花火大會。雖然因為花火大會所以住宿費大為提高，整體來說都是一次很好的住宿經驗。

已經有70年歷史的日式旅館，地理位置不錯走路幾分鐘可到，但維一的缺點是不容易叫Taxi，但洒店會無償提供送到車站的服。
洒店客服人員都非常的客氣、服務非常的週到！提供的早、晚餐非常的豐富、新鮮、美味！

駐車場はあったものの、ホテルとの距離があったのだけ年寄りには残念でした。（ホテルスタッフの方が車を代わりに運転して駐車？してくれる感じでしたが、車へのこだわりが強いためお断りしました）食事はとても美味しく、露天風呂付きの部屋を予約したため、部屋で大変ゆっくりできました。
