Hotel in zona Zauber Rutes, Asturie

Sembra un hotel 4 stelle all'esterno e quando entrate nel hall, ma l'interno lascia che desiderare. Le camere con molti difetti e il letto abbastanza migliore. La colazione quasi inesistente per le poche cose che c'era e meglio non commentare il succo d'arancia e di pina che c'era. La peggiore cosa che ho mai provato in un hotel. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere a tre persone diverse di portarci un po' di latte vegetale... il benessere decente per passare un bel ratto e la ragazza di esso, molto piacevole.

Struttura moderna situata su una strada a grande scorrimento e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico della città. Parcheggio coperto comodissimo (posti auto extra large) al piano terreno con supplemento di 10€ al giorno. Check-in e check out molto rapidi. Camere funzionali, di dimensioni adeguate e ben insonorizzate. Colazione sufficientemente varia. Purtroppo la mia valutazione risente di alcune mancanze come la scarsa pulizia dei corridoi (moquette macchiata forse a causa dell'alta affluenza di ospiti) e le sedie della sala colazione, assolutamente da sostituire.

I had a terrible experience in this so-called three stars hotel, the worst I ever had while travelling. Leaving aside the smell of the curtains, the humidity, the noise from outside, no reception at night, and other details, I want to tell you what happened to me there. I came to Europe for five weeks to visit different countries. A couple of cities with friends and others on my own, which was the case in Gijón. I had made a two-night reservation in Alda Pasaje but ended up leaving early because of what I would describe as a traumatic event. On the morning of the 20th, I was awakened by a knocking on my door. When I asked who it was, they answered me ”police”. Not understanding, I asked what happened and they told me to open the door unkindly. The door had no peephole so I couldn't see who was outside. When I opened the door, I found two men in private clothes, one of whom can only be identified with a badge. They asked me for my document and I gave them my passport. They asked me several questions about when and how I arrived in Spain, both checking the stamps on my passport. I asked them what happened but they didn't give me any explanation. Seeing that what I answered matched the seals, they left. It was a very unpleasant situation, I was alone and I didn't really know if they were the police or what was going on. No one from the hotel went up with them. When I went down to reception to ask for an explanation, the woman there downplayed it, telling me that it was normal for that to happen. I have travelled through Europe before and this is the third time I have come to Spain, and I have never experienced a similar situation, nor do I know anyone who has experienced something similar. I was so traumatized that I was not able to complete my stay. I didn’t feel safe there anymore. The hotel did not refund me anything, they did not even apologize. In fact, the lady acted offended and didn't even look at me when checking out. I believe that this hotel is not up to the standards of a three stars hotel. In this world, if you are a woman on your own 10.000 kms away from home, you can understand how scary can be that two men show up at your door without notice, without uniform and with no reason to be there, asking questions and not answering any. There are better places to stay than this one for sure, DO NOT STAY THERE!

Abbiamo soggiornato da sabato a domenica. Nella stanza siamo stati solo per andare a dormire sulla 1.30 del mattino, momento in cui abbiamo percepito un forte odore di tabacco proveniente sia da cuscini che da zanzare, così come un'etichetta di cenere nella zanzare bassa. La mattina ho informato la ragazza di ricevimento del problema, che mi dice che avremmo dovuto dire qualcosa alla 1.30 del mattino e ci saremmo cambiati di stanza, a cui ho risposto che non sapevo che questo poteva essere fatto a quell'ora. Non ci sono responsabili, l'unica soluzione è non pagare il parcheggio, e mi dicono che se mando la foto della sabana qualcuno mi contatterà per dare una soluzione ai più grandi. Nessuno si mette in contatto e insisto ancora una volta e la risposta che mi viene data dalla direzione è che non c'è soluzione da dare ora. Abbiamo pagato per una stanza che non era in condizioni. Va bene servizio di pulizia. E che modo di lasciare felici i clienti, so dove non torneremo quando andremo a Oviedo, neanche al sercotel città di Oviedo, che è la stessa cosa.

Firstly the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful! And that isn't the case in all hotels! We felt very welcome. We were even offered a kettle and hot drinks making stuff - without us having to ask! We were given good advice about where to eat in town. The underground carpark is easily accessed and easy to negotiate, once we knew where we were going! Lift access directly into the hotel. Our room was clean and very spacious. Plenty of storage space and everything that should be in a hotel room was there. Breakfast was very adequate, although I didn't sample the cooked food. The waiting staff were polite and very helpful. Access to the city was easy, and although I think we would be challenged to be able to walk to the cathedral in 10 minutes (as advertised somewhere!). Allow at least 15 minutes, plus a couple of hours ”shopping time” on the way! The old parts of the city are interesting with little squares and occasional markets to be explored. What else is there to say? Very good value for money!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un matrimonio e siamo stati davvero soddisfatti di tutto. Le camere e le bagni erano molto pulite, confortevoli e spaziose. Il colazione era incredibile e offre una vasta scelta di buoni prodotti freschi. Il personale era incredibilmente carino e utile. La vista dalla nostra stanza sulla città e sulle montagne era incredibile. È stato riservato un parcheggio sotterraneo disponibile a un piccolo prezzo, da cui è possibile accedere direttamente all'hotel.

Have no hesitation in staying here whilst visiting Oviedo. Modern building with fantastic staff who are very proud of their city, they are extremely helpful in advising god places to visit, eat and drink so that you can fully appreciate this lovely city. Comfortable bedroom , good reception areas and underground car parking. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Un hotel dalle caratteristiche particolarissime ed innovative, pare un’astronave o qualcosa del genere, ed è l’elemento che guardando la città dall’alto risalta di più, con il suo bianco folgorante. Occupa un isolato intero, staccato dal resto delle costruzioni, in un’area residenziale a 1,2/1,5 km dal centro di Oviedo. Assistenza in reception h24, camere sospese a piani alti arredate modernamente in stile minimalista, bagno doppio con doccia in vasca con paratia in vetro e box doccia con getti vari. Non ho provato la colazione. Parcheggio enorme al di sotto, in parte riservato alla struttura, costa 13€ a notte o giorno. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo nel mio caso. Super consigliato!!

Amo assolutamente questo hotel deciso di rimanere lì all'ultimo minuto perché è solo a circa 15 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto Asturias . È in un bellissimo ambiente tranquillo con splendide viste e giardino adorabile . Personale presso la reception così amichevole e utile . L'hotel è molto spagnolo in stile con un senso molto comodo. Le aree pubbliche arredate in stile tradizionale sono davvero comode. Camere molto spaziose, grande letto, favoloso grande bagno davvero ben attrezzato. Abbiamo avuto una cena che era molto preziosa e molto buona a 30 € ciascuno che includeva una bella bottiglia di Rioja . L'hotel sarebbe una grande base per visitare tutte le città , villaggi e spiagge della regione . Cudillero solo circa 20 minuti di auto , Saint Esteban circa 10 minuti di auto . Il nostro unico rammarico è che avremmo amato stare per una settimana . Siamo sicuramente tornati !!

Hotel centrali e confortevoli, vicino al ponte romano, nella piazza del villaggio, vicino al Comune. Nella parte posteriore c'è un parcheggio grande ma è pagato fino a sabato pomeriggio, anche se ci sono zone vicine per parcheggiare gratuitamente. Il personale di accoglienza è piacevole. La camera molto vasta e decorata con gusto, sembra rinnovata, un grande bagno con doccia e bagno gigante. Le mutandine sono comode e il letto grande ma nel centro c'era come una differenza di altezza, è possibile che si formano 2 letti di diverso spessore o 2 somiere con l'adeguamento delle gambe diverse. Ha anche un divano che diventa letto. Le persiane hanno tasti di salita e scarica automatica. TV grande con molti canali. Nel bagno, nella zona specchio c'è poco illuminazione e è scarsa per la maquilla**** o guardare con chiarezza il viso .... La colazione varia con frutta, iogurt, caffè e infusioni, succo e bollitore industriale ma saporoso e infilato. Non ci sono uova, né bacon o simili, ma è buono e basta per uscire dal hotel. Se torno per la zona ripeterò. L'hotel dispone di bar e ristorante, che ha un buon dipinto, con terrazza, e si vede frequentato dai locali.
