Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 8 km, railway station "Asti" 8 km. Appendino House, consisting of a main house and a dependence, is located on the edge of a golf course (currently closed, as of July 2023) in a new development area (currently no construction activity). 7-room house 250 m2 on 2 levels.
