房間很大很方便，入住期間隔壁有小孩有點吵兒，早飯中規中矩，服務員很熱情

I love everything about this hotel - the rooms are always clean, equiped with everything we need (toothbrushes, gowns etc). The pool is my favourite - it's warm, clean. I stayed in this hotel 3 times with my family and kids, we enjoyed breakfast and service. I think Kazzhol is one of the best hotels in Astana comparing to the price and quality of service. The location is good for us, because we ordered food from the nearest Shaurma Food and it took minutes to deliver in our room. Also I like the private parking zone, the restaurant on the 1st floor and the decorations in December 2023.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was quite spacious and offered a nice view. There was a alcove with a table where coffee/tea/water (1 bottle) and a kettle were available. The bathroom had a bathtub with a shower. Issue 1: The strange thing was that the partition between the room and the bathroom was made of glass, and there was only one curtain on the bathroom side. There should have been two curtains. Therefore, a person in the bathroom could always be seen from the room. Issue 2: There was only one towel, one pair of slippers, and one bathrobe in the room, which is odd for a double room. After a complaint, we received a second set. The staff member looked at the curtain, shrugged, and left. After complaining again, we were promised that the curtain issue would be resolved the next day at 9 a.m. Issue 3: It was warm in the room, and we couldn't get the temperature lower than 26 degrees, while the outside temperature remained below 20 degrees all days. The next evening, nothing had been done about the curtain. And again, there was only one towel. The second pair of (unused) slippers had even been removed. After insisting, we were given another room, almost identical to the first but with two curtains in the bathroom. In this new room, it was again warmer than 26 degrees, despite keeping the window open all day and night. The air conditioning only provided warm air, which seemed intentional. On the third day, there was again only one towel. After complaining, a second towel was supposed to be brought, but this only happened after we complained again. Only on the last day did we receive two towels. The first bed slept well, the second bed was okay but quite hard. The location of the hotel is not great, just a bit too far from the center. There were only a few restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast was okay, but at 7 a.m., not everything was available, and later in the morning, not everything was replenished. It was noticeable that the hotel in Almaty, from the same chain, was very good.

Очень приличный отель. Доброжелательный внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Просторный номер с удобным рабочим местом. Кровать, на мой вкус, была излишне мягкая. Качественный текстиль. Большой санузел с ванной, хороший набор гигиенических и косметических средств. Хорошие завтраки в категории необходимо и достаточно. Несколько раз обедали в ресторане отеля. Тоже остались довольны. Один раз воспользовались спа центром. Впечатления противоречивые. Из недостатков: воспользовались сервисом трансфер в отель из аэропорта. Стоимость 7000 тенге. На обратную дорогу заказали такси через Яндекс-такси. Стоимость 3000 тенге. В любом случае, мы благодарны всем сотрудникам отеля за их гостеприимство, отзывчивость и помощь.

Отель расположен в тихом месте. Недалеко от центра города Астаны. Рядом находятся проспекты, посольства США ,Китая и другие, а также обменные пункты, банк Jusan, кафе, рестораны, продуктовые магазины. Оплатить проживание можно российской картой Мир. Номера просторные, кровати удобные, есть все необходимое для проживания. Телевидение с большим количеством российских каналов.Уборка номера ежедневная. В отеле есть бассейн, спа, бани на любой вкус. Завтрак шведский стол, выбор блюд большой, две большие кофемашины с разнообразными видами кофе. На обед ходили в ресторан при отеле с названием Фергана. выбор блюд довольно разнообразен, средний чек 2000-2500 российских рублей. ОАнрушчень доброжелательный персонал, готовый прийти на помощь в любой ситуации. Прошу Вас отметить менеджеров Бахтияра, Абдулу, Кристину и Анруш. Впечатления остались самые положительные. Будем рекомендовать отель всем знакомым. .

Классный отель, очень чисто, вежливый персонал, завтрак вкусный и еще разрешили check-out в 14.00. Очень довольный, особенно чистоте комнат. Отель находится в правом берегу и не очень далеко от центра, на такси 15 минут.

Ну во первых, полулюкс маловат, вид в принципе нормальный, но освещение слабое, так как делали фото для свадьбы. Обслуживание хромает, не было халатов в номере, потом пришлось попросить еще щетки. Телевизор уже стоит обновить, так как устарел, все остальное в принципе нормально.
