Enjoy your stay in our apartment in absolute peace and a unique view of the famous red wine situation "Assmann Höllenberg". Our apartment offers an ideal starting point for excursions in our region around the Middle Rhine Valley.
Directly from our house you can leave for long walks in the surrounding area. Wonderful host in wonderful location
For anyone looking to stay in high or low season, Marions place is great. A perfectly short walk to the downtown, a ahort deive to rudesheim, where you can visit nearly everything you need to, be it a long, or short stay.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir waren ein paar Tage auf dem Rheinsteig unterwegs mit dem Stand-Quartier in der Wohnung. Das ging super mit Bus und Bahn. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles, was man braucht. Die Hauswirtin war super freundlich. Man kann bei ihr sogar einen lokalen Rotwein bekommen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Urlaub mit Kind
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns gut gefallen, es war ausreichend Platz und sogar ein paar Spiele vorhanden und das Angebot bei Bedarf noch etwas ausleihen zu können. Leider war kein Spielplatz in der Nähe - aber in Assmannshausen selber war einer zu finden. Für einen Wanderurlaub sehr gut geeignet, sehr nette Vermieterin.

Urlaub
Der einzige Nachteil war die Steillage.Für ältere nicht von Vorteil.Ansonsten war nichts zu bemängeln.Waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, bietet aber einen schönen Ausblick auf die Weinberge.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub
Wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell. Die Küche mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet.Auch die Matratzen im Bett sind sehr hochwertig, nicht durchgelegen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig. An den allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter, sodass man beruhigt die Fenster offen lassen kann. Unsere Vermieterin hat uns herzlich begrüßt und aufgenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Rheinsteig
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung.
Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird leider kein Lebensmittel Geschäft im Ort.
Sonst sehr zu empfehlen etwas oberhalb von Assmannshausen.
Sind mit dem Zug angereist und von der Vermieterin abgeholt worden und zur Abreise wieder gebracht worden.
