Il personale è tutti molto gentile. La stanza è spaziosa e non si sente intagliata. In generale, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole. Possiamo anche prenotare spontaneamente la colazione non prenota per alcuni giorni. Tuttavia, nel nostro caso, la curabilità non è stata pienamente rispettata: abbiamo ordinato il servizio di pulizia quotidiano, che è un'offerta eccellente, perché non è necessario per un soggiorno così breve. La stanza era stata sempre rivolta il fine settimana, ma la stanza non era pulita al nostro arrivo. Si chiede spesso se tutto sia in ordine e si può esprimere la sua critica direttamente se ci sono problemi.

Abbiamo fatto un'ora di vacanza a Deidesheim il fine settimana. L'hotel è situato al bordo di Deidesheim, direttamente nelle vigne. La reception ci ha ricevuti molto gentile. La nostra stanza era molto pulita e spaziale. Il letto (letto matrimoniale) era molto comodo, quindi abbiamo dormito molto bene. Anche il bagno con doccia e toletta era molto pulito. Il buffet per colazione non lascia aperti desideri, la scelta è molto buona. E' stata una grande scelta, proprio per i pane freschi. C'è anche un bel quartiere di benessere con sauna. L'hotel è particolarmente adatto per camminare e andare in bicicletta nella bella palla. Anche i numerosi prodotti vitivinicoli meritano una visita (prova e acquisto). Ci piacerebbe tornare. Un'alta qualità dell'hotel è una vecchia cassetta musicale che funziona e offre belle canzoni. Torneremo.

Quando ho cercato di ordinare un taxi attraverso la ricezione dell'hotel, ho potuto constatare che non era possibile, e dopo che e' stato ordinato in modo involontario, non è stato possibile. La ricezione non voleva quindi tradire con quale compagnia di taxi aveva parlato, le dichiarazioni erano contraddittorie e le società di taxi dichiarate non avevano ricevuto alcun ordine. Ovviamente, è stato contattato un servizio di guida che non è apparso. L'hotel si è visto incapace di risolvere questo problema di per sé dovuto. Per un presunto hotel 4-Sterne un servizio inaccettabile. Quando siamo tornati all'hotel di notte, abbiamo dovuto constatare che la stanza era dimenticata di pulire, e che ci sono voluti sforzi per ottenere almeno nuovi asciugamani. Il bagno ha un forno inoperativo e i guanti erano estremamente sottili. I mattoni erano morbidi e sono arrivati negli anni. Il personale dell'hotel ha entrato in camera senza richiesta. Non avrebbero sentito il ”no”. Il check-out è stato effettuato solo dopo aver discusso il numero di tasse di pagamento (20x invece di 2x). Scusa di errore. Non ho mai avuto un'esperienza simile in un hotel. Il slogan dell'hotel ”Un risultato inoltrabile” è vero, ma purtroppo è solo negativo.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking outside the hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned to a very high standard. There is a sauna and steam room in the basement, made available, with respect for the covid regulations. We felt very relaxed in this hotel, Kircheimbolanden is a beautiful town with a nice park and a few shops. It is situated in a very pretty part of Germany, surrounded by vineyards. Also, there is a bar with an outdoor terrace where you can relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again, in the future.
