120 km to the north from Helsinki, lake Vesijärvi 20 m (length 23 km, width 5 km), shallow water, sandy bottom, pier, owner's houseboat and motor boat are moored at the pier. The beach is in shared use with the owner. The house is made from the building blocks, cement rendering (built in 2005). The owner lives in the smaller part of the house. Own entrance on the other side of the building. Lake suite is designed for a quiet, relaxing family retreat (with kids). It's not allowed to have any party in this house to guarantee peace in the neighborhood. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday.
