L'hotel più pulito di Cloverdale. Camminare dentro è come una boccata d'aria fresca. Le pulizie fa un lavoro fenomenale. Ottimo personale della reception e colazione davvero squisita. Sicuramente il mio hotel preferito in giro.

The floors were really gross. My toddlers feet were literally black in 30 minutes after arriving and taking his shoes off. The linens ALL smelt of smoke.

By far, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in years. From quick and easy check-in to the condition of the room and onward to a hot, with good water pressure, shower in the morning, everything was well done. Clean and well maintained facilities. And priced much lower than many other chains!

We enjoyed a very pleasant and affordable stay for a week-long SAR K9 training and certification seminar. Our clean room was refreshed daily, breakfast items were available starting early at 6 am, green spaces nicely maintained and away from busy roads.

Check in was a breeze, staff was very friendly, entire place was clean. Breakfast was amazing. But wish loyalty or rewards programs were incorporated into stay. Check out at 11am means 11am!!! Overall great place!

Room and facilities were very clean. Service was excellent, excellent wifi. Location was perfect close to the major highway and close to restaurants and fuel. Price was reasonable. Would highly recommend

Great stay, easy access off I-70 and friendly staff and clean accommodations, our room was just as advertised and the lot was plowed and sidewalks shoveled in the crazy weather we were having. At the last minute we wanted to be closer to our family for the next day. We were able to book same day for great value.

Located beside travel plaza and lot for semis. You will hear the semis idling all night long if you’re not at the opposite end of the hotel. You can tell the hotel tried to update by taking out carpet in rooms and adding vinyl wood-like flooring. Furniture old and severely damaged. No desk in my queen room. The microwave stand clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I could see the dust on it from my bed. Stained chair, checked pillows by taking off pillow case and there were stains on pillows. Under the mirror in my room was maybe a dark soda spill down the wall. Walls were all damaged from furniture or guests. First bath towel I unfolded to dry off with had a large brown stain on it. Very hard to see in photo. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage patties, toast, apples, cereal and waffles. No liquid creamer for coffee, only powder. For a quick trip, it was adequate but didn’t feel 100% safe or clean. Like I said in title, could be worse but definitely could be better.

I would recommend this property to any of my friends and would absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an open lot right by the property for our livestock trailer, so made it very easy to park when we arrived and departed.
