This is a beautiful new one bedroom bungalow with hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, microwave and dishwasher. Great location Perfect spot. Great location near downtown. We parked at the cottage and didn't use the car all weekend. Walk to Shakespeare festival and lithia park. Plenty of restaurants and brunch spots nearby. We had a fantastic time and will rebook here in the future.

Pros: Excellent location. Good communication with hosts. Cons: Only big enough for two adults to stay, possibly a child on the couch. The description said it accommodates 4 people, but the couch isn’t big enough for adults. Also, the water in the bathroom doesn’t allow use of shower and sink at the same time.

Great Location Location can't be beat. Nice place. Had trouble with the air conditioning and the bedroom tv. Would stay again if those get fixed.

Ashland Visit We really enjoyed our short stay here! The cottage is clean, in a great location for walking to OSF and great food, and in a good neighborhood. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and they were responsive to our few questions. We hope to return in 2025 for a longer visit!
