Couples get away. The hotel itself is very nice good amenities. The bed was horrible very hard. The bed linens very cheap for the price of the hotel. They was no fitted sheet on the bottom so you end up sleeping on the mattress cover if you move in your sleep. Our room had a very strange odor. Food was good staff great.

This is an amazing hotel especially dressed up for Christmas to coincide with the Biltmore Mansion's Christmas Season.

It was a good stay. However it could have had a few more amenities for the price. Such as robes. Also a few things didn’t work like charger on phone for phones. And transportation to the house as part of the cost of the room.

Beautiful place. Not willing to work with accommodations. Wanted to upgrade yo a king size bed but front desk didn’t want to accommodate. The bathroom doors are beautiful but not practical.

My first terrible stay ! Arrived at registration great customer service the gentleman gave us our key cards . Arrived in our room located right behind the outside patios . So I walked back to the registration desk . I asked if he has another room available he said no . Then he calked me back and advised me that they had another room . He also said quiet time was 10 pm . So I confirmed that the music the noise would stop at 10 am . Well guess what the music continued , above my bed it sounded like somebody unloaded 3 tractor trailers with a squeaky floor cart . All night long . Property was great ! Staff Great! But the noise was ridiculous !! You guys can do better .
