Biltmore Village Inn B&B

We stayed in the Biltmore Suite and everything was just perfect and it felt so comfortable and homey. We can tell how much the staff cares and how well the house is taken care of! The breakfasts were next level delicious! As were the homemade cookies. Our favorites were the peanut butter and chocolate chip pecan. :) We will definitely be back and will recommend the Biltmore Village Inn to everyone we know!

We truly enjoyed our experience at Biltmore Village Inn. This was my fiancé’s first bed and breakfast stay and he was truly overwhelmed with the amenities. From cuisine, to service, to the views, the in room massages, the fire pit and atmosphere. Top tier! Highly recommended and have already shared with friends and family planning to visit Asheville. We will be back!

The Biltmore Village Inn Bed and Breakfast for a beautiful historic home very close to the Biltmore Estate. We loved our room with windows overlooking the grounds. The Inn was super clean. Methilda was a great host and was able to answer our questions and made us feel at home. The breakfast served every morning was unique (in a good way!) and very filing. It was like eating at a 5 star restaurant! There were cookies available for snacking as well as scones and hot teas. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to staying there again!

The Biltmore Inn is a must see must stay! My husband and I stayed 2 nights in the Reed Room! The room is large with fire place and beautiful view from your private porch! The bathroom with large sauna tub, shower and fireplace is luxury on steroids!! We loved it and didn’t want to leave! Staff is awesome! Breakfast is magnificent!! Going back for sure!!

This was the most beautiful place to stay. The food was amazing and the cottage was so charming! Everyone was so nice. Great location close to Biltmore! I will definitely be going back. I would definitely recommend this BNB!

Where do I even begin? We stayed for a long weekend, birthday weekend! The is the first place we have stayed, since COVID, where I felt that warm fuzzy, couldn't be more happy feeling. Each morning the staff went above and beyond to meet and execute my many food allergies as they prepared some of the most incredible breakfasts! Nearly a three course meal each morning with coffee, juice, pastries, and excellent tea choices. As a coffee-aholic I was pleased to find a coffee maker right outside our bedroom door. We stayed in the Biltmore Suite. Whoa! What a beautiful room! From the minute you enter the room, the natural lights floods in. A view of the mountains out of nearly each window! The step into the bed made me feel like a real queen! After a day of wandering in Asheville, I actually looked forward to coming back to the room to relax! The soaking tub and bath salt was such a bonus! The sitting room so comfy, and a great place to lounge in our robes! I cannot say enough about the cleanliness. We travel a lot and have noticed a lack of personal attention to cleaning, and at times you, in some of the other places, you rethink taking your shoes off..... not here! The detail to each item was perfection! The price was totally worth it. Don't even think twice about it. With what you get, and the care and service that goes into each moment, I doubt you will find that anywhere else in town. Parking was a non-issue. The inn is located, frankly, next to everything, or a 10 minute drive to anything. Perfect location. I cannot thank the staff for such a great weekend. On the way home we already talked about coming back! Thank you so much for an excellent birthday weekend!!

This lovely inn is the most warm & welcoming place to stay. Our daughter had the Hallmark Christmas wedding she dreamed of and it could not have been more perfect! No detail overlooked, expertly planned & executed, gorgeous natural setting. Truly magical. Staff is friendly, informative, efficient… such hospitality you do not find often. The breakfast is unrivaled! I most highly recommend BVI!!

We booked two nights at the Biltmore Village Inn Bed & Breakfast in the Biltmore Suite in December while we visited the Christmas at Biltmore and Italian Renaissance Exhibition in Asheville, NC. The Biltmore Village Inn Bed & Breakfast is conveniently located within walking distance to Biltmore Village, which is a plus. Check-in was unremarkable, though carrying up luggage up to the second floor room on a narrow staircase was somewhat challenging, especially since there was no effort on the part of the staff to assist us with the luggage. We noticed that the Inn staff were very hands-off and mostly absent during our stay. The Biltmore Suite room was nice. The large king bed mattress is very high, so step stools were thoughtfully placed at each side of the bed for ease of entry. The room is well appointed – decorated with period furniture and accessories. We did miss a TV in the master bedroom, but were able to watch TV through the door opening into the adjacent suite. The sofa in the suite was worn - the springs and cushions gave way when the sofa was sat upon and you sank down into the sofa. The sofa needs refurbishment. The presentation of breakfast was extraordinary. However, the taste didn’t live up to the awesome visual display. The food was bland and the ingredients competed with one another, rather than being complementary. We noted there seems to be a trend with B&Bs to serve a sweet breakfast entrée versus a more savory meal. We generally prefer savory, so we were a tad disappointed by our two breakfasts at the Biltmore Village Inn Bed and Breakfast – it seemed like we were having a sweet dessert for breakfast. The Inn offered free non-alcoholic drinks and cookies in the first floor dining room which was nice. The Inn apparently used to offer afternoon wine and appetizers at one time, but it was not offered during our stay (even though the brochures on the tables stated that). Another couple who were staying at the Inn said that service and offerings had diminished since Covid. They had their honeymoon at the Inn many years ago and have been coming back for their anniversary each year since. We will not be staying at this luxury inn again. We do not believe the Biltmore Village Inn is a good value for the high costs. In our opinion, the nearby Oakland Cottage and North Lodge on Oakland are better values.

A fantastic haven which is situated just a stone’s throw from the main entrance to the Biltmore Estate. The property shows the ongoing care that is lavished on it with period antiques and comfortable furnishings. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts we had were fabulous and the treats laid on in the dining room were always welcome! We stayed on the 3rd floor Kathleen Suite and would highly recommend it.
