Having an apar**ent is so much better than staying in a hotel room. The price was actually less than many of the hotel rooms in the area. The early check-in was efficient and really helpful. The staff did an excellent job. Not scenic views from your room but Not a great big deal. The advantages far outweigh any disadvantages. You can walk to the REWE store and several others. I highly recommend this establishment.

It was clean, well organized, friendly and responsive, providing everything that one might need for a comfortable cleanstay.
The Bathroom was beautiful and clean, but the tiles got dangeresly slippery when wet, it needed a mat or some Non Slip Coating!!! Thank You!

Black mold! I had to clean the apt on my own, a sweet disgusting smell makes you want to vomit, you have to leave the windows open to survive the smell and then it's SUPER noisy. All they say is "they can't do anything today"; no matter if you call at noon (we already left at noon) or after work, noone ever at the reception, they don't care at all. They can't do anything is the only answer I get. They don't seem to want guests. I cannot stay in this disgusting mold smell although I cleaned all the black mold on my own and sprayed desinfectant, smell keeps on coming back. I cannot believe the other reviews are real. I have no idea where to sleep tonight now, since the booking was done by my agency, I will have to find something on my own. This is not bad service, this is no service at all.
