Very convenient location close to the bus and railway stations. Traveling to the airport and the zoo are straightforward via public transport. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is good value for money and recommended.

The breakfast was a stand out! Yum! The morning staff are awesome too. Onsen is a bit hot so you can’t stay in long and not having towels on hand is a let down too. The hotel is in a great location tho with nice views over the city, good price and helpful, enthusiastic staff. I recommend this place and we will return.

Staff are helpful even cut melon for us and they provided free coins of vending machine.

Very near to the JR station and AEON shopping mall. The hot spring is great to keep your warm before sleeping .

Hotel is next to shopping malls and below is subway. Room is pleasant and amenities includes facial mask which is excellent. It’s a trendy hotel.

房間乾淨就是稍小一點，雙標房，加了一張床，感覺酒店服務還不錯，工作人員都非常有禮貌，灑店後面是步行商業街，有很多食肆與歺館，很多同胞在血拚掃貨，化粧品，零食，日本海關把退税的工作放給各商店執行，每個客人在同一商店購買超過5千日元憑護照馬上可以退還10%的銷售税，就是給你打了九折。酒店很近日本JR火車站，交通方便。

位置不錯，就在JR旭川站對面，但房型很不喜歡，非常小，而且被套顏色居然是咖啡色，帶條紋，顯得很臟很low。還有一點令人無法接受，我預訂了3人，註明了包括1名小孩，到了現場還要加錢，我在日本很多酒店住過，這是唯一一家，很奇葩。我又不是臨時加人，為什麼不在我預訂時直接顯示實際價格？！
