Location of the hotel is really convenient, it's located near the train and bus stations. The room was nice and clean. I really liked to stay at this hotel!

Service was excellent, friendly staff, also great homey breakfast. Location was convenient, close to the JR station and AEON shopping centre. Air conditioning wasn’t cold though, that was the only issue we had.

Spacious room, children went on the tatami sleeping on the futon. Lots of storage space too and plenty of amenities. Free coffee in lobby was nice and fresh from beans. We rang reception at 130am as next room guests were too loud and they resolved it. Close to JR train and bus station. Happy to recommend. Hotel tried their best to help make our stay comfortable.

Location is good, near the Aeon Mall But the room air con cannot be tuned, The shower is good. The WiFi is poor, there is poor WiFi signal inside the room. No daily clean service. The room is big.

The buffet breakfast was good and staff are very friendly.

Great location, short walk to Aeon and the shopping walking street. Hotel is new and nice. Can't ask for more with such room rate

This hotel is close to maid road. Easy to going. But the parking has change fee. The room is nice and clean.

The hotel is close to JR station and the location is convenient. However, the room seems smelly in the bathroom. The service is limited as the people who work there seems not understanding English well.

Is a very nice place to stay, should give it some thoughts! Wont regret it

安いので最低限は揃っているという程度のホテル。 カードキーを刺さなくても良いスタイルはありがたいです。 石鹸がないのでボディーソープです。 入口のあたりは照明が暗めです。

出張で利用しました。 8月下旬に宿泊しました。 この時期、海外の方が多くフロアは深夜まで賑やかでした。 客室は清潔です。エアコンの温度設定が集中管理で部屋毎に調整出来ないのが難点です。

酒店離旭川JR站很近，從北出口東側出去過一個紅綠燈後走到下一個路口（沒有紅綠燈🚥）就到了，酒店的房間窗口可以看見車站廣場。車站廣場西側就是AEON超市，往酒店西北方向走一條街就是一條商業步行街，吃飯、購物、外出挺方便的。我們到得早了一點，將行李寄存在前台，先外出了，等到時間後再回酒店拿房卡入住，酒店提供了投幣自行洗衣服務，水壓有點低，洗衣時間會比預計長一點。

酒店位置很好，就在旭川站對面。房間確實有點小，角落裡能攤開1個箱子，早出晚歸也夠了。它是住3天不打掃房間，垃圾袋和用過的毛巾自己早上放在房間門外，他們會把新的放在門口，大堂自取洗漱用品、有咖啡機。從旭川動物園回來的大巴，倒數第2站就在酒店門口，好像叫旭川站前？
