I am a diamond member of Choice Hotels. At the start of summer and end of summer, we travel coast to coast and stay at a Choice Hotel. In this case, it was the Comfort Inn Denver Central. WHAT A DUMP! I have never, ever, checked into a hotel and been met by a ”staff” member who did not smile, did not welcome me, and was probably dreaming of being somewhere else. Did not even thank me for being a loyal member AND TOOK a full 10 minutes after charging my credit card to assign a room. It took so long I had to ask if there was a problem? He mumbled and said no. We were assigned Room 602. What a dump! Worn our furnishings, the bathroom sink took over 20 minutes to drain, the toilet tank was 12” away from the wall, and one of the bedside lamps were plugged in clear across the other side of the wall where the electrical cord was exposed and subject to tripping. Very unsafe! In the general area of the hotel and parking lot, safety is basically non-existent. We were careful were to park our car overnight. If you are traveling and looking for peace and quiet. this is not the place for you. It is family-oriented on a budget where kids are running, screaming, and making a joke in the elevators. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT MAKES MOTEL 6, A FIVE-STAR HOTEL!

Non ci siamo fermati qui (ho dato il rating di cinque stelle solo sulla base del servizio), ma ho parlato con Corey al di fuori del paese alle 3:00, e lui era di più aiuto. Mia figlia viaggia in tutto il paese e non avevamo idea di dove stare. Egli lavorava con me per tracciare le mappe, discutere quali proprietà Marriott potrebbero essere migliori per il suo camion e il suo rimorchio, ecc. Era onesto e disse che la loro proprietà era troppo lontana dalla sua destinazione, ma mi ha dato opzioni e sapeva delle varie aree. E soprattutto, era paziente con me e solo tremenda.
