Splendid oasis in Arusha! It has gym and pool facilities and the bed was very comfy. Perfect location for pre and post safari travels! Opposite KFC as well. Service was excellent!

離店時被要求付款bed levy，我們展示了訂單，説明已經包含全部費用，依然被要求付款，急於出發，懶得理論了。賬單顯示1.38刀，第一個服務員説給1刀，第二個來了説要給2刀，最後給了4000先令，也不找零。知道坦桑有坑，沒想到落地第一站就被正規酒店坑，雖然金額很小，但就是很膈應人。

1.攜程客服很差，客服溝通困難！！！一個簡單的入住時間問題需要多部門申請，海外預訂房間再不用攜程，虧我是百萬積分黑鑽會員，沒有任何意義 2.酒店隔壁就是學校，到了上午特別吵！房間隔音也差，樓上有什麼動靜聽的一清二楚！Wi-Fi速度不如手機來的快！唯一的優點就是洗澡水夠大，也夠熱。早餐勉強可以。 3.酒店服務取決於給的小費多與少，在此不評價。

以前就在Arusha喜來登入住，當時的物價還沒這麼高。現在再來，環境依然不錯，但是裝修設施變化不大。同樣的價格，已經沒辦法入住相同的房型［之前非攜程預訂］。酒店早飯不錯，種類多，可選擇多。午飯20美金/位的自助也比以前划算很多。如果後續再來，衹要價格合適，還是會繼續選擇這裏。

前台升級了套房，不過位置很遠，沒有電梯需要爬樓梯。酒店內是園林風格，早餐不過不失。地理位置在市中心。但酒店年份有點久遠
