Stayed in Premier Plus, double room on 13 & 14 March 2025. Very good price having booked in advance. Nice room & friendly staff. As advised on check in, requested towels to be fresh each day as difficult to dry at this time of year when no heated towel rail, also nice to have clean cups daily. Placed door handle notice externally as well for cleaner, advising request made at reception previous day to clean room (for towels as we had already made up bed etc). Saw cleaner on morning of 14th opposite our room and each said 'good morning. Unfortunately room / towels not touched/cups not touched. Receptionist on afternoon/ early evening of 14th most apologetic and resolved in expedient and friendly manner. Other 'niggles', hand soap instead of shampoo in shower as body wash was already there and welcome pack brochure sticky outside and on intwrna leaflets, so much so that I had to rehash my hands. That said, these are not major issues and we shall re-use this Premier Inn again. However will not use attached restaurant next time. Chef/waiter, miserable, sat with coat on and using phone whole time, majority of 'continental breakfast items required refilling, coffee machine out of milk, empty orange juice jug and when he was asked he responded "where is your glass?" Possibly not suited to 'front of house' roll. The waitress however was lovely and helpful. Location quiet and suitable for visiting Petworth House, Arundel etc. Plenty of free parking.
