Great check in experience and parking facilities. Horrible noise from the people in the room above. They were stomping the whole evening, so putting the baby to sleep was a task in itself. Rubbish restaurant service for the evening. A manager who was not bothered the restaurant was understaffed and the ladies were struggling, or that is what the staff has said. Better service in the morning, for breakfast. Would we come back? Hmmm, not a straight no, but would look into better options.

Purtroppo leggendo le recensioni pensavo che avrei trovato una buona sistemazione, frequento spesso Premier inn, ma purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi. La camera è vecchia, ma non è questo il problema. Non è pulita, si vede che c'è poca attenzione perché il bollitore ha un dito di polvere vecchia, c'è uno sporco generalizzato di poca pulizia quotidiana. Il pub peggio. Appena entri i vetri della porta hanno un dito di sudicio, il tappeto all'ingresso è pieno di sporco. Siamo stati tre notti e non è stato pulito. Il pavimento appiccica, la colazione è scarsa e le vaschette sono mezze vuote, probabilmente il personale è poco attento. Quando ti siedi al tavolo stessa impressione, sedie vecchie e povere in abbondante sugli oggetti decorativi della stanza. Mi dispiace tanto fare questa recensione ma siamo rimasti davvero delusi.

Stopped off here overnight to break our journey. The receptionist was superb and very helpful. The room was lovely, clean and extremely comfortable. The only downside was the restaurant. Very limited menu and quite a wait although we were the only couple dining. Food and drink is expensive.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Perfect location for our needs. 10 of us for breakfast, could do with extra support in breakfast room. Only one chef one server. Restaurant wasn't busy at the time we ate but felt over run to keep up with demand.

This hotel is worth a stay if you want to visit the beach or do some sightseeing around the surrounding area. The staff are wonderful , and the rooms are lovely and clean. We come here often to visit family and friends and always enjoy our stay. Very close to East Preston Village.

Really lovely stay, great room very clean, bed was super comfy too. Had dinner and it was fresh and tasty. Service was excellent too. The staff Cassie and Chloe couldn't be more helpful and polite x great location for visiting Chichester, Arundel and Littlehampton.

Stayed for one night on 19th January 2025. The reception and restaurant/bar staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Although the bar/restaurant area was in the transition of being upgraded the way I was looked after was second to none.

The hotel rooms were nice and the food was even better, compliments to the chef this morning. And during my morning breakfast Leas smiley attitude really made my morning. Will definitely stay again, overall a Good trip to make the weekend!!

We’ve used this hotel many times and always have a lovely stay. The rooms and bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The housekeepers do a great job too, and are always cheerful and friendly. We always look forward to our stays here, and definitely recommend this hotel.
