Room not ready when we arrived at 4pm, we were the only people staying there. Room was filthy, toilet filthy, toilet seat broken. Fridge full of stale water, safe broken. Shower drain filthy. Had to ask for toilet paper (there was none), glasses, beach towels. No water provided. Credit card machine not working. Bird excrement all overs dining chairs, tables and floor. Restaurant all askew and dirty. Sunbeds and mattresses awful. See photos!

One of the best beach front hotel we found in Arugam bay for a fair price. We had an enjoyable week stay with the wave sound as a music background. The region is full of amazing nature and national parcs, with plenty of birds and other animals go watch.

So many bad things: Dirty rooms, dirty towels, dirty sheets The manager lies about prices of things, he pushes sales of safari, surfing lessons and ect, and after you take the deal the price suddenly goes up. Also he said that breakfast is included but in the bill time it wasn't. We had bugs in the room. No air-conditioning! And it is so hot here. Every day, in the middle of the day, they start gardening with a noisy machine. Bad wifi, doesn't get to the rooms Water pressure in the is very low In booking it said this is a 5 star hotel.. definitely NOT We left after 3 nights instead of 5, highly not recommend

Room not ready on arrival at 4pm. We were only guests of hotel. Had to ask for glasses, toilet roll, beach towels. Room filthy, place scruffy, untidy. Toilet seat broken and filthy, had to ask them to clean it. Drain for shower disgusting. No water given to us except on day we left for our journey. Card machine not working for payment, no one told us, it delayed our departure. WiFi not too bad. Photos look great, it isn’t. Restaurant tables, floors and chairs covered in bird excrement and all askew. I could go on, and on!
