Hotel in zona Pinar de Tamadaba, Artenara

Il bellissimo posto, le camere super pulite e molto complete con vista meravigliosa. Il spa, anche se non molto grande, perfetto per rilassarsi un po', anche con vista spettacolare. Inoltre non mancava niente. Torniamo a casa in sicurezza!!

Camera pulita di comodità corretta. Hotel ben situato nel villaggio. Al livello della posizione sull'isola, per il turismo, è ben situato per 2 o 3 notti, dopo di che si dovrà andare a sud dell'isola. Il personale è piacevole. Il parcheggio è sotto terra e è molto apprezzabile (piccoli posti). L'acqua della piscina è calda ma l'accesso è costoso (non ci è stato fatturato può essere perché siamo fuori stagione ). Il personale non parla francese, i bambini non possono divertirsi alla piscina perché questa è più associata ad un ambiente spa. Colazione molto buona per un piccolo hotel.

Hotel molto ben curaro nelle camere (spaziose, bagno separato da doccia, vista sull'Oceano e Tenerife stupenda soprattutto al tramonto) e nelle aree comuni: la piscina ha bisogno di manutenzione (ombrelloni quasi tutti rotti). La cucina è internazionale, ma di buon livello se dimenticate del tutto la pasta. Buona la paella. Ottimo servizio sia al ristorante, sia in reception. Al nord dell'isola ci sono delle spiagge spettacolari, quindi macchina necessaria.

Classic case of Faulty Towers: beautiful building let down by incompetent management. Beautiful historical building renovated with taste and respect for the original structure, in a great location in a main square of the old town. The result is visually pleasant, but little by little shortfalls emerge: the doors are not soundproofed, which means you hear all the noise from the interior courtyard, including people having dinner and breakfast; no handle on the bathroom door; no minibar. The real problem happened in the morning when someone opened our door at 8am - without even knocking, which we’d expect the cleaner to do. A little later a loud alarm went off in the interior court however not in our room. I went out to find out if we should evacuate and the staff told me they ‘didn’t know if that was the fire alarm or not’. ??? So staff had no clue about essential safety procedures - and we notice there were no fire safety plans in the room. When my girlfriend mentioned this at reception upon leaving she wasn’t given apologies or an explanation but rather excuses. A shame as the building is great, but we wouldn’t come back.

Pensateci un giorno meraviglioso in famiglia ci piaceva il trattamento di tutto il suo personale. Camere con il nome di tutti i comuni dell'isola ci ha toccato Mogan il nostro comune il miglior comune con il miglior clima del mondo . Tranquilità immensa consiglio

È la mia quarta volta e sono ancora felice con tutti, specialmente con il signor MATIAS e il ragazzo del bar della piscina, non so se è di Siviglia, in Andalusia…. So che sono persone meravigliose e molto attente a noi la settimana in cui eravamo lì. L'addetto alla reception Eduardo, anch'egli attento a tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno... l'unica cosa che direi e che ho dato un punteggio di 3 per aver detto qualcosa è la questione della pulizia. Ho soggiornato per una settimana e mi hanno pulito solo 2 volte... ma per il resto è stato tutto perfetto, lo ripeto senza dubbio.

Fabulous hotel, cannot recommend it highly enough. Great location, just one block from santa Catalina park, over looking the port and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Rooms are stunning and very well appointed, lovely big showers, plenty of hanging space etc. The only slight improvement that could be made is the air conditioning, it's not the greatest and my particular room was particularly warm but reception did give me an extra card so I could leave the electricity on when I left the room and this helped a lot, it took about 24 hours but eventually the temperature came down sufficiently. The roof top bar has some stunning views and is a great place to relax with the drink, the bar staff are great, helpful and friendly an make a pretty good mojito too. The roof top solarium on the other side of the roof could do with a little improvement in terms of furniture but the view is still great and the little pool is a great place to cool your feet after a busy day sight seeing. Breakfast is of very good quality, small selection of hot items but lots of fruit, pastries, cereals, juices etc etc, again the staff here are all friendly and helpful, as they are on reception too. This is a city center hotel and there is no view from many of the windows, mine overlooked a neighbouring apartment block (only a few feet away across a slim courtyard) some look out into an internal courtyard, but the staff, the location and the size and quality of the rooms definitely make up for this and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great base to explore this beautiful island.

abbiamo dormito in questo hotel per una notte all'arrivo a Gran Canaria. posizione molto comoda per l'aeroporto, abbastanza inutile per fare vacanza sull'isola (è lontano sia dalla capitale che dalle spiagge del sud), parcheggio disponibile in struttura a 5€ a notte ma si trova facilmente nei dintorni dell'hotel. personale della reception molto cortese, check in rapido. struttura molto datata. non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. ok per l'esigenza di una notte di passaggio, non lo consiglierei per soggiorni più lunghi.
