"I had an unrefundable booking in this hotel. After my flight was canceled, I had to contact Trip.com to request the reservation and the amount. The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, and bed sheets and towels were not regularly changed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Another major drawback was the location. The hotel is situated in a residential, non-touristic area, far from the city center. This made transportation inconvenient and almost entirely dependent on taxis to reach any central or touristic locations. Overall, the hotel experience was below expectations and did not reflect the advertised rating."
