Le strutture sono nuove e l'hotel è meglio mantenuto. È più pietra da una spiaggia. È vicino al centro della città e il panorama del mare è di prima classe. Ma un spa è ben fatto. In generale, è più stupendo!

Posizionato sul lungomare di Arrecife, l’hotel Diamar ha stanze ristrutturate che affacciano sul mare o, se sfortunati, verso il cortile interno. Le camere sono provviste di maxi schermo e frigobar e la connessione Wi-Fi ha un segnale forte e stabile. La toilette, tuttavia, andrebbe revisionata in quanto la disposizione dei sanitari non è affatto comoda e mi sorprende di come sia stata progettata, inoltre, manca di un kit da bagno degno di nota. Le stanze sono pulite e le notti passano serene in un albergo che ha un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Non mi piace che 1 settimana prima abbiamo chiamato e siamo andati a chiedere se potevano cambiare la nostra stanza per una vista sulla spiaggia e ci hanno detto che ci faranno questo il giorno in cui entrammo e poi quel giorno non avevano una stanza disponibile e ho prenotato lì. Avendo una stanza vista sulla spiaggia per una sorpresa di compleanno che volevo fare. Mi sembrava molto male da parte sua.

I stayed here for 6 nights in February 2023. Normally I would prefer my own place but they are at a premium in Arrecife and there is no way I would stay in a soulless purpose built resort. The main reason I chose this place apart from the location was the fact that the rooms have fridges. It's not a five star hotel but for what you get the facilities are pretty good. The staff are lovely and the rooms well appointed with comfy beds, a well appointed bathroom and of course the fridge. The pictures also showed a kettle but this was missing but they said it was fine to take a small one from the communal kitchen. The kitchen too is well appointed with everything you need to cook and prepare meals and there are several supermarkets close by as well as ATM's. The location actually is brilliant - a few minutes from the lagoon and the shopping area, 10 minutes from the bus station and maybe half an hour to the beach. The terrace is lovely for relaxing and reading. The only problem really was the fact that the walls are so thin - some of those who stay here seem to be long term residents and the couple next door made an awful racket getting up in the morning with music blaring our and doors slamming. You can hear almost everyone in the corridors. I left after 6 days and went to La Graciosa for the weekend and then spent one night in a room without its own bathroom which was much quieter and had a small balcony. In some ways this was better although I do prefer my own bathroom. All in though it's a good place to stay for those on a budget.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s a good base for exploring the city of Arrecife and other parts of Lanzarote. Conveniently situated on the sea front, it has great views and is close to restaurants and other amenities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff and management go out of their way to be helpful and clearly take a pride in their hotel. Breakfast is on the 6th floor roof terrace. It’s an enjoyable experience having breakfast either al fresco or under cover, in each case with views out to sea and of the city.

Se stai cercando bar tardi e la vita notturna guardate lontano. La Concha è un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, in realtà molto tranquillo. Gli appartamenti sono senza spot con un servizio quotidiano da parte di piacevole e amichevole personale di custodia. Le letti sono molto comodi e l'appartamento ha molto tutto quello che avresti bisogno. La receptionista, non ho il suo nome è stato molto utile e amichevole. La posizione è perfetta per noi, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e a 5 minuti a piedi dai negozi e 10 a alcuni ristoranti decenti.

Plus Fariones Habitat vicino alla spiaggia di Arrecife è l'ideale se vuoi raggiungere Spiaggia di Pocillos e Spiaggia di El Reducto in meno di un quarto d'ora in auto. Questo appartamento si trova a 9,7 km da Playa de Matagorda e 13 km da Spiaggia di Puerto del Carmen.Avrai a disposizione una terrazza panoramica da dove ammirare il paesaggio, nonché il Wi-Fi gratuito.Regalati un soggiorno indimenticabile in una delle 12 camere della struttura, dotate di aria condizionata e angolo cottura con piano cottura e microonde. La Smart TV da 43 pollici con canali in digitale è l'ideale per concedersi un po' di svago, mentre il Wi-Fi gratuito ti permette di restare in contatto con il mondo. I comfort includono telefoni, casseforti e ferri/assi da stiro.

With its golden sands and clear waters, El Cable Beach is a 15-minute drive. Lanzarote Airport is also 15 minutes by car.

Il personale è molto benvenuto e la zona di accoglienza pulita, ogni membro del personale ha preso il tempo di salutarci e sorridere! La decorazione è ben considerata e offre un senso di lusso. Ci è stato offerto un caffè complimentare mentre aspettavamo la nostra camera. La camera ha tutto quello che ti serve e abbiamo una bella vista sulla costa di Arrecife.I letti erano comodi, come le altre strutture con punti bonus per un grande bagno e una doccia potente! La sera abbiamo trascorso tempo in alto piano negli hotel ”Solarium”, che hanno un tubo caldo e una vista più gloriosa sulla costa di Arrecife. Non esitate a prenotare di nuovo, perché abbiamo trovato il nostro soggiorno per rappresentare un ottimo valore!
