Located within the highly sought-after Blue Lakes Springs Community, this upscale 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath (2427 sqft) cabin is the perfect place to stay and make memories while enjoying the endless year-round activities that the Sierras have to offer! The beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows provide endless forest views and allow the Sierra sun to shine in while the river rock hearth (with gas fireplace) provides a true cozy mountain feel. Located on a friendly cul-de-sac and a FLAT LOT making accessibility easy (especially during those winter months) and adds a fun space for children to ride bikes and play basketball outdoors with friends. After a long day of exploring beautiful Calaveras County, relax on one of the multiple decks at sunset, fire up a meal on the grill and enjoy dinner and drinks at the outdoor dining table. Don’t forget to use the covered fire pit on the spacious deck for roasting marshmallows or to keep warm. The garage serves as an entertainment area with a ping pong table, foosball table, poker table, dart board and TV.
