“casa del Tempio antico” is an ancient and spacious apartment in the historic center of the village of Arnesano, ideal for a couple or a couple with children. 20 minutes from the Ionian Sea, 20 minutes from the Adriatic sea, 10 minutes from Lecce and 5 minutes from the ring road of Lecce, Tempio Antico is the ideal solution for those who want to savor the experience of the small town of Salento: hospitable, convivial, silent but continuously alive, with the opportuynity to reach any desired place in a short time. The house is located on the first floor of an ancient courtyard, is approximately 80 qm and has a large furnished terrace on the roof, where you can relax and enjoy breakfast, the lights of the sunsets and the bell towers of the town's churches. Within a few meters on foot there are Bars, Pharmacy, Emergency Room, Resaturant, Pizzeria and the characteristic square where children, adults and elderly people meet, giving life to the heart of the ancient village of Arnesano.
The house is organized as follows:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 panoramic and furnished terrace on the roof. Tempio antico is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning in every room and heating in the bathroom. The kitchen is electric induction and has a traditional oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. If the house hosts a couple with children, they sleep in the living room on two new and comfortable folding beds. Arnesano is also a town with an ancient and interesting history because it is located in the center of a soft valley, the Valle della Cupa, in which prehistoric artistic objects were found, and may be this place hosted the first human settlements that moved from the sea coasts to the interior of the peninsula.
