"We know this hotel has only been open for a short time, but we truly don’t have enough words to express how exceptional the customer service is here. The location is perfect — close to tourist attractions and very near the airport — but what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff. We wish we could name every single person because no one should be left out. From the front desk team, housekeeping staff, waiters, chefs, and even the night security personnel, every single person made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing, but the most important thing is that they make you feel like family. As a family, we had a very special situation during our stay: my daughter is currently breastfeeding, and she cannot eat any dairy products. Every member of the staff paid close attention to ensure that not even a single ingredient containing dairy was included in her meals, so we would not have any issues with our four-month-old baby. That level of care, kindness, and attention meant the world to us. We live in Miami, and this was our first trip with our baby. Thank you again for making this experience so memorable and stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel, and without a doubt, our family and all of our friends will return every time we come back to this beautiful land of Armenia."
