Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful, accommodations are very spacious and with good infrastructure. Breakfast is good, and from the pool you have a scenic view of Ferradura beach. You can also access the facilities (pools and sauna) of the sister hotel, that also has a very good restaurant. Downsides are that mattress are kind of too soft, and rooms could have an armchair.

Cleanliness was not good - not a total horror show, but lots of bugs and chipped paint. Felt more like a youth hostel than a hotel. They also kept cancelling our booking through the booking platform claiming there were payment issues when my bank claimed there was no attempts. After we gave in and booked direct they then lumped us with extra “services charges” at the end. It’s also on one of the less pretty beaches in Buzios. If returning I would stay closer to Praia Joao Fernandes.

Amazing location, the view over the beach is incredible. The hotel offers multiple restaurants, great breakfast, multiple pools and also spa options. The beach and beach club are easily reached. They also offer transport services and activities. Luxurious and amazing stay

The room was great, so was the breakfast and food from the bar. Very friendly staff. I’m sure I will stay there again next time I’m in Buzios. I really liked the two free large bottles of water they give you each day, we Brits need hydration in Brazil :)

Atendimento da equipe espetacular, super solícitos e educados. Localização muito boa, estrutura muito boa. Só temos a agradecer a toda equipe, na saída precisamos sair mais cedo para pegar voo no rio e deixaram águas sanduíches e algumas frutas de cortesia. Parabéns a toda a equipe

Nosso quarto tinha varanda e vistas, era espaçoso e estava bastante limpo, com camas cómodas e boas toalhas. Pessoal professional e atento, todos muito simpáticos. Zona de café da manhã e piscina tem uma vista linda da praia. Na despedida, nos deram agua e fruta para a viagem de volta...um detalhe mais que especial!

Excelente hotel, Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos, suíte espaçosa, limpa e perfumada.. Bem localizado, à 100 metros da Praia da Ferradura, 5 minutos de carro para a rua das pedras, Fiquei muito satisfeito com o hotel e com certeza vou retornar…..

Foi tudo incrível, atendimento maravilhoso, todos simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar, café da manhã dos deuses, localização ótima, grudada na praia da Ferradura e próxima das outras praias. A possibilidade de usar as areas comuns do Insólito também é incrível! Já quero voltar!

O hotel é maravilhoso! O Quarto é muito limpo. Café da manhã completíssimo e tudo muito saboroso. Os Funcionários são atenciosos, educados e dispostos a ajudar. O iogurte do café da manhã é feito por eles, maravilhoso! Voltarei com certeza!
