Yesterday was our second visit to delight ourselves with the delicious made by the chef Fabio Mendoza. Sushi11 is a traditional japanese restaurant, so please do not expect to find cream cheese around!! All of the special fish cuts are amazing! Only the best is offered there! I must say that the highlights are the bluefin tuna, the yellowtail, the eel and the Canadian scallops! Not that the other cuts lack anything but those are the most exquisite ones! On both times Marcos (the waiter) served us and I can say that he did a tremendous job, his sympathy and the information provided were crucial to make it a fenomenal experience. As a summary, the location (A concept) is surrounded by luxury, nature and awesome landscape and construction architecture, Sushi11 with Chef Fabio fits perfectly with the environment and Marcos’s services is there to make sure that everything will just fit right. Definitely worth the visit if you are near by and if you are not! It is a great motivation for you to plan to be around.
