Excelente hotel. Atendimento e limpeza maravilhosos. Vista deslumbrante. Café da manhã excelente. Localização ótima. Pontos fracos: não tem estacionando e por isso tem que pagar zona azul (35,00 por 24 h).

We had an Ant line tracking behind our bathroom sink. We reported it, but it never went away. The staff here are great, location is fantastic, and it appears this is one of the premier hotels in Buzios

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. All of the staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Our room did not have any view which was a shame, but I think that was all that was available when we booked. We had a bath on the small terrace, but we did not use it and it seemed a bit pointless placed where it was.
One complaint about the room was not enough places to store things.
The food in the restaurant was excellent, except on Chris**as Eve when we paid a lot of money (£140 per person) for a very poor meal. Other diners that we spoke to agreed. But that was a one off! We ate there 2 other times and were very happy, but the wine choices were poor and expensive.

The hotel is amazing, the images don’t do it justice. The staff really do give 5* service. From the second you walk into the hotel it’s like a little sanctuary, and when you see the views just wow. The breakfast was excellent, the cocktails at the bar were fab, and we ate in the restaurant one night which was also excellent. The room was much bigger than expected and nice to have a private courtyard. My only two suggestions would be in the bedrooms - to provide bottled water daily, and to provide a wastebasket in the room.
This hotel really is a gem, it’s beautiful and we really couldn’t fault it. Also in a great location and the steps take you straight to the Bardot walk (and statue outside).

Beautiful property with an incredible breakfast and view over the water. Dinner at the restaurant and mistico next door were phenomenal. My only complaint is I wish they had a bigger pool or a jacuzzi instead of the sauna. There’s a small dipping pool and then the small infinity pool. The room was small but comfortable.

This is a great spot to stay in Buzios. Beautiful property, excellent location, great amenities and really really thoughtful staff.
Some highlights- the heated pool at sunset, the great breakfast, and the ease of stepping out the quiet oasis of a property onto the Main Street into town, just minutes away. And the staff are great! Offering ideas and really attentive.
You’ll love it.
