This was a lovely boutique hotel with great attention to detail. Really nice breakfast was served, I couldn’t fault anything apart from at breakfast it would be nice to have a menu in English, as the lady asked us some questions which we couldn’t understand

From the initial booking of the hotel communication and the information provided was very good. The location for us was perfect as it was a stop over on the way to Santander. We booked as the hotel looked lovely, was dog friendly and had some very good reviews and we were certainly not disappointed. We parked up easily right outside and we received a genuinely warm welcome. The hotel is really very beautiful, well located with lovely views. I loved the traditional touches, vintage items in the lounge area and wonderful old photographs which I was told was of the owners family. Our room was so pretty, beautifully furnished with everything we needed and had the most comfortable bed ever! Although we did not arrive in time for lunch unfortunately, breakfast the next day was plentiful and very tasty. I would recommend this as a great place to stay and we will definitely visit again … hopefully my Spanish will be better next time!

We found Pasado de Eufrasio an excellent stopover en route from Santander. Situated in the cobbled streets of the heart of Lerma, this comfortable small hotel provides an excellent breakfast and renowned lunches, but there are no evening meals. Plentiful street parking adjacent to the hotel, and limited alternative evening dining is available in the small town. Mike & Mary

We stayed here one night in order to break a long drive across Spain and would have been happy to have stayed longer. The posada is in 2 parts. There is the bar/restaurant where you checkin and have breakfast or lunch. The rooms are located two doors down the street with a separate entrance. On the ground floor of this area there is a large guest lounge with a sunroom and great views of the surrounding countryside. There is an elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor with a street view. It was compact but had everything we needed....a/c, digital tv, ceiling fan , mini fridge and an armoire for storage. Bathroom had a walkin shower. Everything was spotless...very very clean. The double bed was comfortable and the room was quiet...no street noise. We paid 8€ pp for a nice breakfast...perfectly cooked fried eggs. Also paid 15€ for underground parking..entrance is about 30m from hotel on the same street. Some of the turns going down are tight but you just need to take it slow and all will be well. Staff is friendly. A young man showed us the garage and then helped us with our bags back to our room...no tip was expected. The manageress spoke some english and was very welcoming. We have very little spanish but had no problem communicating with her. Great location...5 minute stroll to main square with bars and restaurants. The parador is very close by. An excellent value for money...clean, comfortable and welcoming...highly recommended

Viaje en familia de 11 personas Encarna su sobrino y todo el personal extraordinarios Nos organizó una cata con Ramiro y Ana en la bodega Palacio de Lerma que nadie debería perderse Volveré y recomiendo Lerma , a Encarna su posada y restaurante y la bodega Palacio de Lerma sin duda alguna Y por cierto era la primera vez que iba y no tengo relación personal ninguna con ellos

Hemos pasado unos días en familia en este excelente hotel. La ubicación es estupenda, en la parte alta de la villa, es una zona tranquila y se descansa bien. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy limpias y con bonita decoración. Se puede disfrutar de un desayuno abundante a buen precio. El personal es amabilísimo. Esperamos repetir.
