Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

Had a lovely holiday at Atlantica Eleon, what a beautiful stay with my partner & daughter (11 yrs). The staff are AMAZING, such hard-working lovely kind people - working really long days in the heat yet always greeted you with a smile on their face . So accommodating & helpful too. People who have left negative reviews are nit picking, it’s a lovely hotel with lovely views overlooking the sea. We had a warm welcome on reception plus they had left food aside for us as we arrived about 11pm & they thought we’d be hungry (which we were). This was a lovely gesture. The Italian restaurant in the hotel (beside the pool) was outstanding, such a beautiful meal & a treat / change from buffet- recommend (you get 1 meal included in your stay) beautiful atmosphere & food. Friendly & professional staff. Beautiful vibe Lola (I think ?) Albanian staff member, was so lovely and bought my daughter a gift just before we left (for helping her pick some litter on the beach), was such a lovely surprise- she’s been showing off her purse to family since coming home. Just shows what the staff in this hotel are like! Above and beyond. Our daughter particularly liked Joe, Will and Chelsea in entertainment team .. and we loved Joe on the bar plus several staff members (sorry we didn’t get everyone’s names). The only downside is hotel is slightly out of the way, but also only €10 for a taxi to the nearest town where there are heaps of eateries, pubs and shops. But you could easily spend the week at the hotel if you’re not a fussy eater. FOOD: Pretty decent but same as every all inclusive it can become a bit samey. I’m Vegan and managed. I’m not a big breakfast person, had toast & jam + fruit, lunch I had a lot of salady stuff, pasta, rice , olives, chips etc.. and dinner much & such - but they always had veggie sometimes vegan options- there was heaps of salad, lentils, vegetables etc. pasta, chips. And a theme every night - we were sad as left on the day of oriental night so didn’t get to try that .. but the noodles etc looked tasty. You will get by as vegan but we did end up going for a Chinese in the next town 1 night.. and 1 night in the Italian restaurant which was as I said above a nice treat. I think 2 weeks as vegan might be a bit samey DRINK: You get what you pay for. This hotel was a pretty good deal/price so can’t expect everything to be high end. Beer was fine but tasted low percentage/maybe watered down- nice enough though . Wine was fine, Prosecco was the nicest drink of all, not to be fussy but cocktails were pretty samey and very sweet/syruppy. The drinks were flowing though and it was a lovely touch that they came by the poolside (top pool) taking drinks orders. There was also the option of paying for better quality drinks (I think) SNACK BAR: Great if you don’t want to get dressed to go inside for lunch. Good if you eat meat - hot dogs, chicken, chips, baguettes.. veggie -they had a veggie burger or salad sandwich… or just chips if

Words cannot describe the fantastic 10 night holiday experience we have just received at the Eleon Grand Resort. The standard of service from ALL hotel staff is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and they go about their work with such a professional, conscious, personable and caring attitude. We have stayed here on numerous occasions over time as a couple and with our son. The hotel is spotless, the housekeeping is carried out daily with refresh towels if you require them. The food is very good with so much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner (there is a different theme every evening). You wait to be seated at the restaurant entrance and are shown to a table of your choice (inside or out) and drinks are served to you. The pools are lovely and clean, and drinks are served to you through out the day. We particularly like to go in May as the weather is just the right temperature and the hotel isn’t too busy. A specific mention to the Hotel Manager, Mr Apostolos Ioannides, for his exceptional hospitality, Michalis the Restaurant Manager and Dalma for the restaurant quality, along with Bianca, Andreas, Francesca and Nico, who served us in the restaurant, Julie and Viktoria, for the drinks pool service and Dionisis the Bar Manager and to Joe the waitress in the bar at night. Many thanks for helping us create wonderful memories that last a life time.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Lola made our family holiday such a wonderful and memorable experience, especially for our little boy who grew a close bond with her and misses her a lot. The quality and variety of the food was fantastic—plenty of delicious options each night to suit all tastes. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. When the lift stopped working, we were offered an upgrade to a family room with a private pool, which was greatly appreciated. The family rooms are a few minute walk from the main hotel but we didn’t mind. On occasions the buggy would pick up our little boy while passing which he thoroughly enjoyed. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. The service was consistently excellent, and we felt looked after throughout our stay. The drink service by the pool was very handy, especially with two young children. Sun beds around the baby pool were limited so on the days we planned to stay at the hotel, we had to get up earlier but it wasn’t an issue. The pools were cold but after a few minutes you get used to it. We would definitely return to this hotel again in the future. Huge thanks again to Lola for making our holiday so special.

Everything was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious, with a great variety and amazing flavors. The hotel itself was unique and full of charm. What made it even more special was the lovely staff – everyone was kind, friendly, and always smiling. We felt so welcome and well taken care of. The beach, surrounded by olive trees, was absolutely outstanding – peaceful, natural, and breathtaking. The color of the sea was incredible – crystal-clear with stunning shades of turquoise and deep blue. Truly unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Most outstanding hotel!!!! Right from the moment we walked in the door tired from a day of travelling the staff members were kind, caring and helpful. The hotel gave us the most amazing family holiday with memories that will last a lifetime and that was mainly down each and every staff member that crossed our paths, we honestly cant put into words how much the warm welcoming and homely feeling we recieved meant to us all.  Lola at the front desk showed so much kindness to our family. Marian from the entertainment team gave my son so much of his time and he said it was the best holiday he has ever had,  Khaldi the bar tender was continually keeping us topped up with our drinks and making us all laugh and lastly the two wonderful young men (who i rudely didn't get the names of) that ran the bar by the pool they were incredibly kind and polite throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, I'm a vegetarian and brought a one or two fussy eaters for the trip and we were all happily fed and came home a few pounds heavier. The rooms and the hotel were stunning and throughly cleaned continuously throughout our stay. Honestly can't find a single fault with this hotel. You would be stupid not to book it!!!!

4.5 star hotel - 6 adults travelling with two 7 month old twins for 1 week. When we first arrived we had a couple of issues which were quickly resolved by the team. After checking in we realised the lift was broken & my sister in laws room was on the first floor. Travelling with twins they had multiple bags/buggy’s etc and we’d been travelling since early hrs of the morning - her room was moved to a ground floor with a swim up pool which was very nice. my boyfriend & I didn’t have hot water for the first day but we were given access to another room to shower. When the shower couldn’t be repaired we moved into the second room the following day only a room down from the original which made it easy to transport our things. Although slightly inconvenient this didn’t dampen our holiday - as a family we received a spa voucher each which we redeemed as a 30 minute massage. This was incredible! Highly recommend, I would pay for this service if I visited again! Food: I would give 5* The buffet has different options every day, always very fresh and so tasty! We were so surprised at the variety for an all inclusive. We really enjoyed the different dinner themes and was especially impressed with the lunchtime buffet. We also ate at the Italian al la carte which was nice and the Greek. Personally I wouldn’t bother with the Greek, the buffet is actually nicer. Pool: really nice size pools, the baby pool was handy for us. Pools were freezing cold in May, they don’t seem to be heated at all but I’m sure this wouldn’t be a problem in the height of the season. There’s signs everywhere to say not to reserve sun beds but this didn’t seem to be policed. I can imagine in the height of summer it may be difficult to get a bed by the pool but there is plenty around the grass areas. Also the water slides were so much fun! Staff I would give 5* - everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and attentive. The table service around the pool was excellent. The staff at the buffet remembered the babies names and were always on hand for drinks and cleared our plates very quickly. The bar staff were always very attentive and friendly. Most of all, Lola (the manager) and all the reception staff were the best, nothing was ever too much trouble and this really made our holiday. They were so helpful. Entertainment: loads of daily activities for adults & kids and lots of entertainment. The singer in the day & at the restaurants is a really lovely touch & we really enjoyed! Room: our room was quite far from reception/the pool with two buggies but we didn’t mind the walk. Family rooms are very nice size and had lots of fresh towels etc and rooms were freshened daily. Facilities: The shop on site is really good value for money and so handy for little bits might need / floats & gifts. Overall I think the hotel could be an excellent five star if it added a few touches. I think a drink on arrival & soft drinks and water in the room would make such a difference. Also i
