Great apartments. The team that work here are all really friendly. The apartments are simply furnished, and cleaned really well every day. The pool area is well presented with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The location of the hotel is perfect, just off the ***** and has a beachfront location

Our first night was not great through no fault of the hotel but an inconsiderate bar owner behind booming out live music well after their trading hours. We did complain to reception that we could not sleep and they really put every effort in rectifying our situation moving us to a room that was the other side of the hotel and peaceful which we really appreciated, staff genuinely want you to enjoy your break from the smiling greetings from 24 hour reception staff to the ever hardworking cleaning staff that efforts really do show in how clean the rooms and hotel are. Special mention to spiros (apologies if I misspell your name) who always was ready to get you a drink or food with a smile bringing it to your lounger or seat. Can’t fault the staff at all they are all a real credit to this establishment. Plenty of loungers no towel fighting and beach is just steps away from the pool. Plenty to do in the area, bars, restaurants, shopping & cheap to get into zante town which is worth a visit especially if you love to shop some real bargains to be found. Lovely stay, thank you.

The Kamala Hotel Good points We stayed here in July 2019 which was CHEAP and as my wife wanted to return here we stayed again August 2024 with a massive price difference. Since 2019 they have refurbished the bar, patio areas and pool areas Rooms are cleaned every day Towels replaced every day Cleaners are very good, I cannot fault them, they clean the room daily and change towels when ever you want, they even wash and tidy away any dishes although I don't believe in leaving a mess and we washed our our dishes. The kitchen has most of what you need although don't look as though they have been updated The rooms are sufficient in size and all bedrooms have aircon at 10 euros per night Bad points. The price to stay at this hotel is £236 per night which is an absolute disgrace. You can stay at a FAR BETTER hotel in London or most places in the world for less money than that. And what do you get for this massive increase in hotel charges? Not much as You still have to pay €10 a night for the air-conditioning? Although some of the units have been upgraded. The bathrooms have NOT been upgraded and for that kind of money they were a disgrace or at least our bathroom was The kitchen had not been upgraded, there was obviously something missing below the hob were they have stuck a small microwave and again for that kind of money it was a disgrace, the only thing I could see that had been upgraded was the bar and pool area which I admit does look nice We decided on our first morning to have breakfast in the hotel restaurant which is a complete rip-off at £16 each as some of the food is not fresh and these flies on the food without anything protecting the food. The TV in the room is a load of rubbish with one English news channel and one other channel that plays the odd English film The double bed in the bedroom was hard and not very comfortable, As I said there is Aircon in both bedrooms although it cost an extra €10 per night. Would I return again,,,, for half the price,,, yes as it is a nice hotel for £100 per night We have returned to other hotels on other holidays and they leave something nice in your room for being a returning guest or the manager personally greets you to thank you for returning but not here, they didn't give a monkeys.

This hotel(we stayed in 2 bed apartment)is literally right on the sea front.The pool is spacious warm and immaculate and the close proximity to the ocean(which is a few steps away) makes it breath taking.Combined with restaurants and shops down the road ot is perfect combination of beach and town.The staff are so friendly and helpful and this place is very clean.The atmosphere is relaxing and feels very private and quiet.Definately good place for families.Aif con is exceptional and chills the room for only 10 Euros a night.The sea I clear and perfect for late night swimming.Best holiday we have had and highly recommend.

I could write a huge and extensive review of this fantastic hotel, as it truly outshines many others on Zakynthos, but I’ll keep it short. Staff excellent, friendly and professional Food amazing from the €13 breakfast and extensive lunch menu to delicious cocktails. Pool shelves nicely for swimming and diving from 0.6m to 2.3m. Plenty of sun beds with a surface of easily cleaned material. Never need to reserve but 10.30am onwards it’s difficult to find one. Zoe and Nikos just are the best! Rooms cleaned every day. My wife was impressed every day! Steps down from the pool area to the sea, just turn left and walk a few paces for the best part of the beach! A couple of minutes walk to two supermarkets, loads of shops and restaurants.Highly recommended restaurants include The Green Frog, Gusto, Zorbas, Target, Red Wine and Charlie Chaplins. Recommend using Peters tours for trips out on the Main Street, he’s been operating for main years. The turtle island tour is good. 3 hours in length so not too long. With two swimming stops and a fun boat ride max 20 people. Might see a huge turtle in the water too, we saw two!

Only been here 3 days and it's like a kids swimming party everyday. No room for adults to enjoy a swim because it is always full with kids screaming, pool blow ups, balls being thrown and people constantly jumping in!!!!!! Nightmare! Yes it's got family apartments so you would expect some kids but omg parents don't care! We've found an adult only pool to get some peace for 5 euros a day each! Worth it to us.
