Villa "Poggio Patrignone", built in 1915. 10 km from the centre of Arezzo, 30 km from the centre of Cortona, Sansepolcro, 70 km from the centre of Firenze, Siena. Private: property, garden (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 15 m, depth 150 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 08.May. - 25.Sep. and 07.May. - 24.Sep.). Pool house, tennis, floodlit, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: with TV, billiard table, washing machine. Room cleaning 3 times per week (included). House maid on request (extra). Cook on request (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. A very nice house and above all a beautiful patio / table where our holiday life took place. In between a refreshing bath, in the evening a game of tennis with the children, and finally a game of billiards for the adults. negative? Yes, a week is too shor
