Soggiornare presso il Faustino Gran è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa . Io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti accolti , viziati e coccolati dall' intero staff che con garbo , buona educazione e un sorriso si sono presi cura di noi soddisfacendo tutte le nostre richieste ed aiutandoci per qualsiasi problema. La struttura è una vera chicca nel suo design e tutti gli ambienti sono ben tenuti e ben curati . La colazione , che si consuma nel meraviglioso giardino della struttura , è ricca ed abbondante con la possibilità di usufruire sia di un buffet freddo che di un buffet caldo . Il ristorante serve pietanze gustose e ben bilanciate ed ha un' atmosfera molto elegante e romantica. Agli ospiti della struttura viene data inoltre la possibilità di effettuare il circuito spa per un ora intera gratuitamente . Io e mia moglie consigliamo vivamente questa struttura nel pieno centro di Ciutadella e ringraziamo tutto lo staff del Faustino ed in particolare modo Nacho, Luca e la General Manager .

Sono stata a cena con il mio ragazzo in questo posto durante la nostra vacanza. Cena speciale, antipasto di pomodoro e burrata che si scioglieva in bocca, risotto con zafferano, funghi e asparagi saporito e carne morbidissima. Io sono celiaca e mi hanno portato una focaccia apposta per me. Posto immerso nel verde, sembra di staccarsi dalla realtà per un attimo. Consiglio assolutamente.

A very special 3 night stay at Faustino Gran. The hotel, staff and facilities were top-notch. The hard-working staff could not have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they were patient and unfailingly polite at all times. The spa was an added bonus, as it is so small you have to book a slot for the steam room (hammam) and underground pool. We also enjoyed a massage by the lovely Clemence. Our charming room with super-king bed had a small balcony overlooking the narrow street. We also spent a day at their ‘country club’ Casa de Pau; a charming rustic retreat with pool and small vegetarian menu with food grown in their own garden. Having visited Ciutadella for several years this is now our new favourite place to stay and we will definitely return.

Very beautiful building, great concierge and reception staff. All the rest needs to be changed. Astronomical issues in terms of Food&Beverage, whether at the restaurant, breakfast or pool. The hotel is clearly understaffed. Poor people working there are doing their very best to cope with the capacity issue, they were generous, polite and committed. Relais&Chateux and the hotel management need to help them. Deceiving experience, loads of complaints from clients during our stay. I'm not planning to return, unfortunately.

What a nice and classy hotel! We had the most wonderful stay here. Everything was just perfect and the staff did everything to make our stay as good as possible 🙂 We rented their boat for the day and had a super day together with their skipper Lluis 😃 The pool in their other building is probably the most beautiful pool area we’ve ever seen 😍 The restaurant was very beautiful and had a great atmosphere with a pianist playing. Our suite terrace had a perfect view over both the cathedral and the harbor 👌 This hotel is now in our top 5 list of best hotels we have ever visited 😃 Will definitely come back!

Disappointing service at the reception- we were not shown all the facilities. Room decor poor. Welcome drink for free but I had to pay since there was alcohol included. I believe the staff, service and decor are not at all in the 5 star category. Very pretentious and expensive for what you get.

We visit Menorca and Faustino Gran twice a year and are transported into paradise. Maite and her team leave no stone unturned, no wish unfulfilled, we absolutely love our time there. We stayed in Can Sebastia this time, which is a newly opened palace, and just like Can Faustino and Cal Bisbe, it is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. The views of the cathedral from the terrace in 77 are breath taking, every time we come we find a new favourite room. Everything from the Spa, Restaurant, Country Club is simply perfect. The Country Club isn't well publicised but you will not regret going there, just ask at reception. Around £50 per head, you get transferred to another area of paradise with a beautiful pool, a cobbled beach to explore or do some paddleboarding and back for lunch. Great experience. I cant recommend this place enough!
