It is a Bungalow with 70 square meters built; located in first class complex with gardens and pool. It is distributed in two bedrooms, one double (with double bed), and another with two single beds. It has a large bathroom. Large living room and kitchen. There is an exclusive garden of the house, 300 meters, with tables, chairs and sunbeds for sunbathing. The house is furnished and perfectly equipped (TV with TDT, sun loungers, crockery, washing machine, fridge, ...). The house does not have air conditioning. The house is very close to the common areas of the urbanization, next to the meadow with swimming pool and 150 meters from the seafront of Cap D'Artrutx. The house is located in a quiet residential area, there are only houses around it. Posizione ottima, tranquillità e comfort
Ottima la posizione, la casetta è confortevole, pulita, spazio adeguato anche in 5 persone (in 6 direi no). A 20 minuti a piedi dalla stupenda spiaggia cala’ n bosch, a 5 minuti da market fornito, bar.
Unico neo: bagno con lavandino molto piccolo, no bidet e no doccia o rubinetto esterno.

Lovely apartment
We really liked the apartment it was so quiet and peaceful
We enjoyed the walk to the harbour. There's the sea front and lighthouse route which takes 25 mins, but a straighter road walk that takes just under 20 mins.
The dive school blue water is a 7 minute walk highly recommend
There's three supermarkets again 7 minute walk - has everything
Two restaurants and I would recommend eating there a couple of times
Only thing I would say as pointers
If you want a sun trap it's not the garden for you as quite a few trees
There's a lovely pool but no sun loungers and we weren't sure if we were allowed to take loungers from the garden to the pool
But I'd definitely stay again

Disaster
The owners had forgotten to prepare the rented house, despite all the confirmation emails and exchanges with one of the owners.
They were able to get back to me about payment, but not about getting the house ready.
I had to wait more than 4 hours for the house to be ready.
They had to be called back because the bathroom floor had not been washed.
It was confirmed that the house had been cleaned, but after 5 days, the flip-flops I wore were black, with several millimeters of dust stuck to them...
All the pots and pans should be thrown in the garbage can, they're unusable, everything sticks.
The coffee pot had mold on the inside, and even boiling it in white vinegar didn't get rid of it.
The house is very pretty, it's a real shame all this time wasted and the poor quality of the service, even though all the people we spoke to were friendly.
If we hadn't called the platform, we'd have gone stupidly to the hotel, even though we tried more than 30 times to reach one of the owners, who refused to take our calls.

Quiet and private.
This place was perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the store for groceries and a short distance to the ocean for a lovely evening stroll and watch the amazing sunset! We used the pool daily and sometimes x2 a day. The x2 BBQ's that was listed was not useable as rusty and full of water. A bit of an ant problem but it was dealt with the same day. It was a treat to have our sheets changed x2 in the 4 weeks we were there and fresh towels. If there was ever a concern, Heike always answered us the same day. A bit difficult with the address finding the place but the taxi driver was able to call and things got clarified. We would definitely go back!

Relaxing vacation
It was super easy checking in the house and the communication with the owner was really good. Location was perfect and clean. We would like to come back again.

Peaceful place to stay
We had a lovely 8 days in this bungalow in April. It was very well presented and clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a selection of bars and restaurants within a 20 min walk in Cala En Bosch. There is a choice of 3 supermarkets just a 5 minute walk from the complex. By the lighthouse you can watch spectacular sunsets but it can be a little breezy. Everything in the bungalow was in working order and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden. It's a bonus that there are sun loungers too. Because it was April it was a little cool at times but a heater had been provided which we made good use of. The TV is Spanish only but we took an Amazon firestick so we could get news etc in English. The WiFi worked well throughout our stay which I know can be important to families in particular.
