Tolle, sehr ruhige Lage gerade beim Strand Pereire. Bäckerei in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Für Arcachon/Moulleau lohnt es sich, ein Velo zu mieten. Was wirklich fehlt, ist ein Sonnenschutz für den Balkon, da besonders am Morgen zu heiss.
