Village Igloo Les Arcs

This unique experience was a very good one, with a warm welcome from all the staff, but a very cold night sleeping! The night didn’t start well as there was no information about the meeting point given in the booking email but I did recall it being given somewhere during the booking process and couldn’t remember exactly where. Luckily the staff called me and we were able to join the group on their walk upwards towards the hotel. The welcome at the hotel included a room and hotel tour, which included how to use the sleeping bag. One point that was missed out was that the sleeping bags have an extra insulation section at the footwell which might have saved my feet from freezing during the night! We were very impressed by the ice carvings. The dinner was ample and good, and the breakfast (at 8am) too. The toilets were clean and almost without smell, with zero smell in the middle of the night with a gale blowing through! The bed was comfortable, lighting in the room ample, and headlamps were provided. We slept with full snow clothing in the end, even though advised against it (as the sleeping bags are supposed to be suited for very cold temps). All in all a very good and recommended stay. Thank you to all the staff!

Extraordinaire soirée, un rapport qualité/prix au top. Tout était délicieux, les sculptures, les cocktails mais aussi la planche mix (charcuterie/fromage). Les deux Sachas nos serveurs de la soirée étaient très à l’écoute tout en nous donnant énormément d’informations sur le lieu. Il faut absolument faire cette expérience !

Une expérience à vivre au cœur des arcs 2000. Nous avons passé un chouette séjour verre de bienvenue, visite de l'iglooet ses sculptures de glace, nuit + petit déjeuner. Nous y avons bien été accueilli, nous recommandons l'expérience mais bien couvert!
