Room was good, staff was also cooperative, restaurant also fine. Washroom was clean only thing is hotel was too far from the main centre

Good place. Building are old and rooms look okay. Open space inside the premises is nice. You can enjoy by firecamp, arranging outside dinner etc.

The property is a resort near padampuran garden. The clarity of the room is average. Food cost is very high in the resort.

Everything was good including property's location, food, amenities &service. There was an ample of space for car parking and entire arina was covered with greenish buty.

Bed is filled with bed bugs(nallulu) and room has bad smell to stay. I don't know how 5 star is given to the resort. They have only fried rice in lunch at resort and it is too much costly.

A very nice and memorable stay. I stayed in non ac room which is quite spacious and clean staff members are quite supportive food orders are also very fast and a resort is in the vicinity of very good view surrounded by hills site seeing in araku are mouth watering ultimately a very good experience.

Room was good restaurant is not there only food court so minimum food items are there very far from maineoad but overall experience at that resort was good
