Congratulazioni a tutti. Ho ospitato nei giorni 17 e 18/12 e poi giorno 29/12. I dipendenti super simpatici e richieste. Il colazione super variabile, e con cibo di qualità. Camera con ottimo mobili nuovo, letto super comodo. Vc può prendere un accesso e entrare direttamente al centro commerciale Uberland. Congratulazioni per essere pet friendly, sono rimasto tranquillo con il mio cane Luke. Grazie per aver fornito un tappeto igienico per il mio pet. Migliorare l'illuminazione del bagno, perché per mia moglie se la macchia non ha illuminazione. Torneremo presto. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti.

Tornando da vacanze a Santa Catarina, andando s Brasilia, abbiamo deciso di riposare in Uberland ... Hotel Comfort sono sempre state buone opzioni, ma questo ha urgente bisogno di un cambiamento di gestione ... Il ristorante non funziona forse per la pandemia, come la piscina ... Il cibo deve essere richiesto dal Whatsapp dell'Hotel per essere consumato nella stanza ... le birre, solo in lattina, come pure i frigoriferi e in autoservizio nel freezer della reception ... Ci siederemo in tavoli vicino alla piscina dove erano tolli per proteggerci dalla pioggia ... sorpresa abbiamo avuto quando ha iniziato a piovere il funzionario dell'hotel è stato togliere il tondo, lasciandoci in pioggia, in quanto i tondo potrebbero rovinare con pioggia e vento ... assurdo!!! Non più ... Evitare questo hotel in Uberland ...

Quarto família muito espaçoso, confortável e limpo. Água quente no chuveiro e torneira mesmo a noite e de manhãzinha. Cobertas quentes. Atendimento cordial. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Ótima localização pois tem loja de tudo por perto. O hotel não tem a mesa de totó como mostrado na foto, mas demais fotos são reais.

L'hotel è molto buono, le camere sono spazi e puliti, con un buon colazione. Personale attento. Ha rispettato la nostra richiesta di fornire una camera molto silenziosa. Possedere un ampio garage, tuttavia non coperto. Mi mancava una TV intelligente per l'accesso streaming per accedere al mio conto. Il bagno è ben pulito, con una doccia molto buona, ma mi mancava la tovagliola disponibile nel bagno.

Olá, Na sexta-feira, dia 18 de março, liguei para o hotel e perguntei se eles tinha disponibilidade de quarto para o período do dia 21 ao dia 26 de março. O atendente (que realmente não lembro do nome) disse que tinha, mas apenas com duas camas de solteiros. Falei que não tinha problema, ele me passou o preço e pedi para efetuar a reserva. Inclusive perguntei se ele queria número de cartão e ele falou que a reserva seria paga no check-in. Pediu meu email e falou que iria encaminhar um email de confirmação da reserva. Hoje, domingo, dia 20 de março, véspera de viajar (viajo amanhã ás 6h da manhã), ainda não havia recebido o email de confirmação. Liguei para o hotel e depois de 35 minutos, isso mesmo, 35 minutos esperando, fui atendida pelo José. O José informou, muito tranquilamente, que NÃO TEM RESERVA !!! CHEGO AMANHÃ E NÃO TENHO RESERVA. O JOSÉ DISSE QUE O HOTEL TEM DISPONIBILIDADE ENTRE OS DIAS 21 E 22 E 24 E 25, OU SEJA, NO DIA ENTRE OS DIAS 23 E 24, NÃO TERIA ONDE FICAR HOSPEDADA. O José, disse, calmamente, também que não poderia me ajudar (nada a fazer). Então, o José solicitou que eu fizesse a reserva desses dias por email. Eu afirmei então, que ele precisaria fazer a reserva naquele momento e eu iria ficar esperando o email de confirmação. O José, mais uma vez, informou que eu precisaria mandar um email. Expliquei que não teria a menor confiança de que a minha reserva seria feita, analisando todo o histórico dos acontecimentos. O José, então, desligou o telefone da minha cara ! Continuo sem hospedagem e o hotel não resolveu em nada o erro gravíssimo dele, só piorando a situação.
