I went to Maysan Hotel on Thursday, September 12th, was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The condition of the room was dreadful for several reasons. First, there was a noticeable lack of coffee equipment and a mini bar, which affected my comfort. Additionally, the bathroom was in poor condition, with cleanliness issues and several obstructions in the WC area, making it quite inconvenient to use. There was also no place to hang clothes inside the wardrobe, adding to the disorganization of the room. The most frustrating part was the rude behavior of some reception staff, who lied during conversations and showed disrespect towards customers, making the experience even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, I was given a room designed for people with disabilities, under the pretext that I had booked late, which was not a valid excuse but rather a result of poor management. The room’s amenities were also incomplete compared to other rooms. Lastly, the reception staff lacked efficiency and were not knowledgeable about the hotel’s refund policies, which added further frustration. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I will not be returning to this hotel again.
