My experience started great with my encounter with Mr. Adam at the reception. Very warm and friendly, and talked about how busy Route 95 is. We got in one hour early and checked in very quickly. I loved my room, very spacious but most importantly it was CLEAN! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with a young man Mr. Jeremiah working very hard and filling everything in a very speedy matter. When we checked out Alecia was so friendly and wished us a safe trip. We are hoping to stop back on our trip from the south in a week. Thank you for keeping your place very welcoming. Kudos!

Have stayed at this hotel a few times for business when the courtyard Marriott is not available. It is certainly a second choice when traveling in the area for Marriott properties the hotel is located further out than most so it’s not super convenient. Also, while the hotel looks fairly new online, it’s clear it’s not managed and maintain well. The rooms were not clean and service way below average for what you expect at a Marriott. The worst part is the billing has been incorrect twice and spending the time to correct. Your bill is very inconvenient here. No one calls you back and takes forever for any resolution.the last time I was overcharged one night and still do not have this resolved. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I was welcomed with a very friendly smile from a very nice young lady. My room was nice and clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. Milika-Ann is the best…I will definitely stay there again when I’m in Stafford, VA…Everything is just minutes away stores and restaurants…

The room was very drab and badly in need of refurbishing. The carpet was worn and the chairs looked worn and stained . The bed was clean and comfortable and although along a busy road there was no traffic noise . Hearing was very noisy and I had to turn it off completely. I don’t feel I would stay here again although staff were nice .
