"My daughter and I visited the hotel for a spa day. From the start we were greeted by lovely friendly and helpful staff, the spa was spotless and not overcrowded. The back and neck massage, facial and head massage was the best we’ve ever had and we’ve been to many places so we can compare. The lunch and service were perfect. If we could give 6 stars we would. We’re very fussy and we’ll recommend to everyone, wonderful experience!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato a Bongate mentre camminavamo sulla Via della Lady Anne; avevamo una bella grande stanza con balcone e un grande bagno. Anne è l'ospite perfetto, caldo e amichevole, e va di sopra e di là per aiutare in qualsiasi modo lei può - siamo riusciti a lasciare la nostra macchina con lei mentre camminava e quando sono arrivato a avere lacerato il dito su un filo barbeato Anne molto gentilemente mi ha fornito con forniture mediche per riempirlo.Non esitate a raccomandare questo bel B&B"
