Relax in style on our large composite outdoor patio with adirondack chairs, firepit table, lounge chairs or in your 20’ swim spa pool and hot tub. Come inside to have a world of entertainment choices from your professional 8’ pool table, foosball table or multiple Roku TVs throughout the house including an 85” in the living room. The centralized modern kitchen supports a perfect open floorplan to entertain your family with bar stools on one side and a large dining room table on the other. Just off the kitchen you’ll find plenty of seating for entertainment or relaxing views of the water. FEATURES: -This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. - 2 full bathrooms with complimentary shampoo and body wash in shower dispensers. - Propane gas grille - Adult bicycles - Multiple free washers & dryers for your convenience. - Fishing poles and basic tackle equipment. - Long-term renters welcome CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: -You will be greeted by your host at some point during your check-in day and receive simple and easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions. - You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using the front door smart lock. Your unique code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out. - There is parking for up to 4 vehicles. Getting around by car is the most convenient, but Uber and Lyft are always available. Apollo Beach is close to some of the area’s best places to visit. Downtown Tampa is a quick 35 minutes away where you might catch a concert, go to a theme park, watch one of the professional sporting events, visit the popular riverwalk and market at Armature Works with tons of food vendors, drink options, and outdoor space to enjoy. For beaches, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach and Anna Maria Island are each about an hour away with awesome dining, shopping, and entertainment all right on the beach. DISCLAIMERS: - NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND - The neighborhood is very quiet and courteous, please be respectful to our neighbors. Due to county ordinance, tenants are to keep the noise down AFTER 10PM. If we receive a call reporting noisy tenants or parties, you will receive a fee or possible removal from the property. - Only guests on the reservation are permitted overnight. - The front and back of the home are under video surveillance for your safety and ours. - NO PETS of any kind are allowed. Wonderful home base for a FL getaway This house is beautiful and absolutely immaculate. The listing was accurate and very well stocked. The set up was perfect for our group: 2 families vacationing together. The pool and hot tub were very clean and toasty warm - just like we requested. The host was super responsive and would highly recommend this property. Also - you have to visit the manatee viewing area nearby - we went twice!!!
