Do to hurricane threatening our home in Florida we chose to head West and landed on this hotel to provide shelter from the storm. Let me start by saying the entire staff was exceptional from the valet to the front desk to the bartender at the pool. We chose this hotel because they accept dogs/pets without a lot of stipulations other than a modest fee compared to other hotels we have stayed at. To say this hotel is pet friendly is an understatement. A lot of families staying here under the same conditions and only positive experiences for our four legged family members. Valet was incredible and even remembered the names of our pets. Pet friendly aside the hotel is charming and the rooms are clean, well kept and spacious. The Joe Cain bartenders in the lobby make a mean bloody mary and each one puts their own spin on it. The pizza at the pool area that comes from Joe Cain was really tasty. The spa is exceptional, the pool is spacious and they have tennis courts and a really nice fitness center.

Quando ho controllato le foglie su una delle letti, le foglie erano dipinte e una delle foglie di cotone, dovevo chiedere nuove foglie, il bagno aveva delle anatre e il vento era molto polveroso. Avrei dovuto andare in un altro hotel, ma tutti gli hotel della zona erano prenotati mentre ero lì per un torneo di basket.

Ok!La posizione geografica è buona, si può vedere il porto.

I stayed at the Resident Inn Marriott in Mobile Alabama.950 W I-65 Service Rd S.These are pictures from my Room218 Dec23-27,2023 Queen One bedroom Suite.My room looked nothing like the pictures shown online. It was very disappointing.I have several emails from contacting customer service all weekend about the condition of the room. I spoke with the lady at the front desk.She was very unbothered.There was no hot water, water damage on the ceilings, the appliance(stovetop)was broken with missing knobs.The carpet was stained.The dishwasher had the insulation or whatever it was coming out of the sides.The rooms were smelly and dingy.Just not Marriott quality at all.No housekeeping or cleaning done or available during the stay. You had to take your own trash out.The front desk lady told me when I checked in said that she would place a work order and someone would be by the next day. However, there was no truth to that at all, the next evening I went down to inquire, the guy at the front desk said there was no work order and he had no idea what I was talking about.They also slid a letter under our door at some point that said they let their staff off for the holidays.It would have been nice to know upon check in so we were told and we could have found somewhere else to stay. I have never stayed at a hotel where there was minimal to no staff. Terrible experience for a Christmas Holiday weekend. On a positive note and the only positive was the male staff (Marquise) that was very pleasant keeping breakfast stocked. The front desk staff was not concerned at all.When, I checked out,I mentioned the condition of the room and all the guy said was ”Im sorry”.There was nothing he could do because I booked through third party but I could call the General Manager which will be in by9.I spoke with her.She said to send her the pictures to her email and she would go take a look before she leaves for the day.She also said she left her phone at home and she would check the email that I sent with pics included and I did not hear anything else from her.Again, what was advertised online nice and clean is not what I ended up with in person. It was total opposite.The online advertising was very misleading.

Grandi impianti e buona atmosfera!!!

We needed a place to stay as we traveled from the East coast to San Antonio, Texas. The hotel is right off of the highway and has a gas station nearby. Friendly staff helped us book the room over the phone as we drove, and they were very pleasant for check in. The double Queen room was spacious enough for our family of four, and we had plenty of room to set up our pack n play for the baby. Fridge kept our food and drinks cool. The hotel issues Dove products for shampoo, conditioner, etc. Good pressure in the shower. I melted into the bed….so comfy! We heard a train right before we went to bed, but we only heard it once. Would recommend.

All'arrivo, il lobby con il posto d'incendio fa un'impressione molto calda e piacevole. La camera dell'hotel è molto pulita e pulita. La camera è in colori piacevoli e luminosi. Le immagini completano la buona prima impressione. Alcune cose fanno un'impressione di alta qualità, come il fascio nel bagno. La selezione non è molto grande, benché in hotel comparabili. Il succo d'arancia è stato molto negativo, probabilmente un prodotto economico, anche con un sapore post. Dopo che è ora comune, non ci sono uova calde, invece solo ”calde”, che non erano nemmeno calde, nello spettro tra caldo e freddo piuttosto freddo da contare e quindi difficilmente da godere. Poiché il colazione non può essere valutato separatamente, devo pensare a cosa dovrebbe essere la mia valutazione. Perché sicuramente gli ospiti dell'hotel senza colazione sono ben ospitati qui.
