We are located one mile from the heart of downtown Gig Harbor. Walk down to the boat docks, rent paddle boards or kayaks, have the famous fish-n-chips at the Tides Tavern, listen to Tuesday night summer sounds in the park, Thursday's farmers market and stroll the shops. We are about 4 blocks from the Cushman Trail which you can take your pick which end of town you would like to explore, it's about equal distance to either Uptown Shopping center or North GH shopping. We are just 4 miles from Tacoma Narrows Bridge and 20 miles to the Southworth Ferry to Seattle. This property is also ideal for traveling professionals on an out of state project, traveling nurses, graduate college students, people moving into the state and looking for a place to stay while they house shop. Walk straight down to the harbor in 20 minutes and enjoy the breathtaking Harbor while strolling the shops and even stop at the Trolley Food Truck for a bite to eat.
