Entering the apartment you will see the first sneak peek of the breathtaking view from the living room which is completely equipped with furniture, TV, Wifi and more. The dinning area has a table for 6 people including the basic amenities needed, also has a magnificent view of the ocean from this area. The kitchen has stove a brand new refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils , microwave and more. Heading to the bedrooms we have one master bedroom with a king size premium mattress a closet with hanger and a complete bathroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with full size premium mattress including a working space ( desk with a chair) a closet with hangers. Across the haul you find the second bathroom, in front you will find the laundry room that has a washer and dryer we provide the liquid detergents. Note our apartment has AC through the apartment...BUT WAIT there is more, heading back to the leaving you will find a glass sliding door which it will take you to your personal balcony and experience a breathtaking view of the Caribbean ocean, you will hear the oceans waves throughout your stay.Stela is located on the second floor ocean front of Victoria del Mar Condominium. The building consists of the main entrance gated where you will access your personal designated parking space.The main entrence to the building has a glass door that will access you to the inside, for your convenience there are two elevators and two stairs ether one will take you to the apartment.** The apartment doesn’t have direct access to the beach but only 2 minutes away (walking or car) you can find a beautiful beach spot. There is walking distance beach or if you prefer you can take a quick drive.-IMPORTANT NOTE: This apartment doesn't offer a power generator for the inside of the apartment although in common areas such as elevators hallways parking and gates will be powered by a common generator. We bring the beach to your feet.The spaceThe property is a beachfront apartment in a gated community called Sol y Playa, in Playa Los Almendros, Rincón, Puerto Rico. It is a completely furnished and equipped apartment.This beautiful space has a private furnished balcony to enjoy the stunning sunsets Rincón has to offer.The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet.The second bedroom has a three-bed bunk bed. Two twin beds and one full bed.The second bathroom is located next to the second room.Both bedrooms have air conditioning units.The living room area has a smart TV with high-speed WIFI.The dining and kitchen areas have an air conditioning unit and one ceiling fan.This unit also provides a private laundry room.The unit is completely equipped.Table games, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided to our guests.Two back-to-back parking spotsNOTE TO GUESTS: As a result of hurricane Maria in September 2017, recreational areas were severely damaged. Reconstruction has started, but it has been halted until further notice.Guest accessIt is highly recommended to rent a car. Rincon is located on the lower northwest corner of Puerto Rico in the area known as the Porta del Sol, approximately 2.5 – 3 hours driving time from the capital city of San Juan (SJU) and a 45 minute driving time from Aguadilla Airport (BQN).Allied, Budget, and Avis car rental companies all offer locations at the San Juan Airport and the Aguadilla (BQN) Puerto Rico Airport. Budget car rental also offers a location in Añasco/Mayaguez which is only about 20 minutes from Rincon.
