Let me start with the negative points. Most hotels I stay at provide refrigerators in all rooms. For some crazy reason, this one does not have them in rooms with 2 queen beds. The only way I could get us a room with a fridge for our party of 3 adults was to book one with one king bed and a sofabed, which I did. (For future visits, I really wish they’d put refrigerators in the other rooms.) When we returned to the hotel after dinner and a show at 10:20 p.m., and we started getting ready for bed, we realized that the sofa bed had nothing for sleeping—no sheets, no blanket, and no pillows! I called the front desk. They said they would send someone up. However, they called back and said the people who could handle that had left. I said we could make up the bed if they would provide what we needed, but they said they did not have the sheets, etc. Over the next 40 minutes, there were three or four calls, during which we were offered to move to another room (who wants to do that just as you are getting ready for bed?), and the room still would not have what we needed! Or we could have 2 queens but no refrigerator. They even offered an “upgrade” from the “deluxe room” we had to a suite, but it would still have one king plus a sofabed with NO SHEETS, NO BLANKET, and NO PILLOWS! Finally, around 11:00 an employee arrived with a set of sheets, blanket, and pillows. He and I made the bed together. If, when I called the first time, they had said, “We’re sorry,” and immediately sent up what we needed, I would have been a little annoyed, but not so much. But spending 40 minutes in complicated negotiations in a foreign language is not my idea of settling down to go to sleep. I thought they owed us a rate reduction for the inconvenience, and I requested that the next morning. My request was passed on to the manager. When we checked out (after 2 nights), I learned the answer was no. The desk clerk said that manager had said it was not the hotel’s responsibility to have beds ready for guests(!), “we are not a full-service hotel,” and that they had had no idea that we would need the sofabed. (The reservation was for three adults. Did they think we would have a ménage à trois in the regular bed?) Other than the above, everything else was great! This is a new hotel. Everything in the room and public areas looked brand new. The mattress and pillows in the regular bed were very comfortable. My friend reported that comfort in the sofabed was so-so. Lots of light in the bathroom, and the shower was great. I would describe the fridge as half-size, larger that most hotel refrigerators; it even had a small freezer. Location is excellent, much closer to the border (think taxi fares!) than the hotels near the U.S. consulate. Some excellent restaurants, including Rocco Cantabria, are a few minutes’ walk away. There is a small Oxxo convenience store at the gas station across the street, and a Farmacias Guadalajara location a few blocks away (which we did not visit) is open

¡Wow este hotel! Fui sorprendida gratamente en mi estancia. A pasos del CAS y Consulado, encontrarás a un hotel donde su staff está comprometido a que tu estancia sea la mejor. Teníamos que viajar a Juárez para hacer unos trámites y honestamente el corazón iba cargado por tantos pendientes y por el trámite en si. Este lugar fue un remanso en medio de tanto estrés: un personal súper agradable que con una sonrisa te ayudarán; habitaciones limpias, cómodas y con lo necesario para tu estancia; un desayuno delicioso (no se si es porque lo hacen con mucho amor, pero desde que te sirven es lindo); ubicación inmejorable si vas a trámites en la embajada de USA, adicional a que a unos pasos más está un mall con tiendas y restaurantes. En conclusión: un hotel SÚPER recomendado para tu estancia en Ciudad Juárez. Mesaluna: ¡gracias, gracias, gracias! Son un GRAN hotel :)

Ok, gente. Quindi, Juarez è strano. Rimanete in questo hotel e non vi dispiacete. Abbiamo iniziato in un hotel vicino e diciamo solo che era GROSS. Il Corte è - ovviamente - ideale per i viaggiatori d'affari, ma ha adattato perfettamente le nostre esigenze. La posizione è così felice per chiunque abbia un business al consolato americano. Ci sono un bel lobby e un ristorante, con un personale sorprendente, e questo lo rende un grande posto per le ore di distanza aspettando il consolato BS. Non restare in nessuno dei posti più vicini al consolato. Voi siete benvenuti, nessuno sul serio, non vorrei che fosse sul mio peggiore nemico. Questi altri posti sono NASTY. Il giardino è pulito, hip, conveniente, spazioso. Non c'è bisogno di guardare altrove!

Stavo qui per 8 notti.Amo il fatto che avevano un ristorante, lavanderia e palestra. Sicuramente consigliere di rimanere qui tranquillo e sicuro.

Me hospedé 4 noches en este hotel por un viaje de trabajo; al llegar, como es la moda por esta ”nueva normalidad”, me recibió un doctor, o espero que lo sea, y tomó temperatura y una dosis de gel anti-bacterial; en recepción la Srta. muy amable y con atención rápida me asignó mi habitación. Me pareció algo raro ver el área destinada al comedor sin mesas ni sillas y con las luces apagadas, no se, me dio una imagen no muy agradable, quizá pudiera apostar por acondicionar con algunas macetas y plantas de ornato y encender una parte de las luminarias... En cuanto a la habitación, es agradable, una cama bastante cómoda, un escritorio para trabajar, una TV con señal de cable, dicho sea de paso, muy pocos canales y ninguno con noticias locales, supongo para que los huéspedes no veamos las noticias malas de la ciudad. El servicio de Internet muy bueno. Lo que no estaba tan bueno fueron los desayunos, que por el tema de esta pandemia del SARS-CoV-2 pues se tiene el formato de que es llevado a la habitación, quizá esto sea la causa de que llegue algo frío y pues no sepa tan rico como al estar en el comedor. En general tuve una estancia muy agradable, es un hotel muy recomendable en el cuál hosped****.

Tutto normale. Non male rimanere qui. Molti ristoranti intorno e facile da trovare cibo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti, e 5 giorni, dal giorno uno, Ho chiesto un'altra stanza o qualcuno di guardare la TV perché non funzionava, e Internet non funzionava nella mia stanza, Il giorno 2, ho chiesto lo stesso e hanno fatto una nota, niente è successo, Il terzo giorno ho parlato con un altro concierge e niente, ho dovuto andare a lavorare in cucina o nel desk dove c'è il computer nel lobby con il mio laptop perché l'internet non era abbastanza forte per collegare alla mia stanza (camera 300) Non credo che il personale si occupi delle esigenze dei clienti sulla base del fatto che il vostro hotel è sempre occupato a causa dell'attività che viene portata dal consolato
