The Artist Condo is a spacious and luminous condo and art gallery that shows the work of local artists. In case of not complying with the rules, you will be asked to leave with no refund.Our space has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large living room, a dining room, and a laundry room. It's located on the sixth floor of an iconic apartment building from the 60s with elevator access. From the living room, you have a unique view of the city and mountains.Barrio Dent is at a 5 min peaceful walk from Barrio Escalante, a beautiful bohemian neighborhood. A walk-in its streets will be enough to be amazed by its artistic manifestations, murals, the hip Francia Park, design stores, and hidden treasures. You’ll be able to find all kinds of gastronomic offers, from vegan and vegetarian to fine cuts of meat.The renowned supermarket “Auto-Mercado” is 1 min away and a shopping center 5 min away. Un paseo por sus calles será suficiente para sorprenderse con sus manifestaciones artísticas, murales, el moderno Parque Francia, tiendas de diseño y tesoros escondidos.
