Best hotel ever so far! Good services, very helpful staffs, doing beyond asked. Especially for the receptionist with short hair. Helped me to carry the luggage even though I didn’t asked, wait outside in the very hot weather with me.

The hotel is trying, but missing the mark in a lot of ways…felt like a bit of a letdown for a 4 star hotel. The location kind of sucks. It’s right beside a metro though which is good. Breakfast is served in a room with about 10 tables…so you’ll be fighting for a seat. It’s a very limited breakfast as well. The rooms have no coffee or tea. No fridge in the rooms. The rooms have a nice sofa and table but no chairs (making it hard to work). Elevators feel more appropriate for a 2 star hotel. However, the staff were very attentive. There’s a nice coffee machine in the lobby.

A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.

L'hotel è bello e la camera è spaziale. La posizione è anche buona. Il colazione è più stile cinese orientato, ma c'è una macchina per caffè e il caffè è buono. L'unica questione che avevo è mordere in tutto i piedi e le gambe da insetti. Credo sia dovuto al pavimento del tetto sia nelle stanze che in ogni corridoio.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Buon hotel situato a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Tianyi. La zona del colazione era stata ristrutturata quando sono rimasto, quindi non ha provato il buffet del colazione. La stanza era pulita e dotata di tutte le attrezzature di base. Grande valore per soldi!

設施：私湯好評！！住在新的泉悦樓，大廳看起來有年頭了，但是房間和走廊都非常新，房間很大，設施很完備，還有助眠香薰，私湯和房間的隔離做的非常好！還有木質小勺子舀水，也有配套的泡湯中草葯包和搓澡巾，minibar裏有免費的可樂vc和礦泉水，一邊泡一邊喝不要太愜意！！ 環境：非常安靜，私湯的私密性很好（我住的這個私湯在房間裏，也有一些是在陽台和院子裏） 酒店坐落在山上，晚上冷冷的，但是泡湯整個人都熱了！！ 衞生：很好，非常乾淨，床很乾凈、衞生間一塵不染，打一百分！ 服務：特別好。有管家提前對接，有問必答，提前在房間開好空調打好熱水，進了房間就能泡，還有酒店管家一路送到房間，講解設施。一百分！！ 美中不足：早飯不好吃。早餐廳也很有年代感。 適合情侶來玩，也適合一家人來玩。

This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.

Il personale di servizio della reception è molto buono. La stanza è pulita e pulita. Quando la sala entra in tecnologia piena di altre ricchezze, il posto di riposo è pieno di fiori e libri è molto sensato. La signorina ha mandato la colazione. Ambiente: tutto è nuovo, la decorazione, sia nella sala che nella stanza, è di alta qualità.La sala ha un vino amministrativo esclusivo. Impianti: tutte le strutture della stanza, caffè, cuoio di acqua e champagne.I bagni sono buoni. Il secondo piano ha una sala fitness, lavanderia, e i dettagli sono attentamente considerati.Il colazione in questa stanza a prezzo anche è molto buono, specialmente la memoria della loro casa Servizio: il personale è molto atteggiato. Invia un caldo al hotel per il soggiorno in tempo. Quando la stanza parte, ci porti anche due chicchi di mine per bere sulla strada dell'acqua, perché l'inverno è ancora caldo.Ma siamo impaziente di prendere l'aereo senza prendere. Molto soddisfatto per un soggiorno, l'unica carenza è che il dispositivo intelligente non è molto intelligente, non permettere che le luci di arresto non siano, non so se non ho funzionato bene.Ma in generale, il rapporto costo-beneficiario è molto alto e vale la pena raccomandare
